The torts process

Rate this book
With its problem approach and student-friendly presentation, The Torts Process remains an effective and engaging resource for the required first-year Torts course.
This edition retains the essence of the first two additions: the use of problems and the presence of a series of notes elaborating on many facets of the law in general and of tort law in particular.

This is my favorite of the casebooks, it talks a lot about how human bias relates to the law.

this is a book I don't have to use next semester!!! 496 pages read in this book (and I probably read a few extra to make it an even 500)
