I think, perhaps, I am not the target market for this recipe book. I saw Very Hungry Greek on the front and thought - YES some easy Greek recipes! I'm hungry! I love Greek food! Alas, this seems to be a social media handle, rather than the featured cuisine.
The recipes inside might taste good; I don't know. Few really inspired me or felt novel. They are very meat heavy and short of using fake meat, which I don't, relatively few seem like they would translate well to vegetarian cooking. As far as I can tell without trying any, the recipes seem accessible, no frills, something most people could manage.
