Loved this as much as the first one. Kaitlyn is a very innocent and sweet girl and it is evident how she is growing up.....her narration is less blabber and more serious and mature; I really liked how the character develops. I also feel very sorry for her as she has so much to deal with and she disappears into her chaotic family life. The poor girl really carries too much responsibility. Looking forward to the (unfortunately) last book in this series

This was a good story where the main character who has already battled a eating disorder finds out she has a serious medical condition. One that she will have to monitor for the rest of her life. I liked this book, but I have a daughter who has battle many medical issues so this one hit home a bit. Gave me a little bit of "teen insight". I like the main character in this book and I have enjoyed reading this series "reading" her growing up. If my daughter was in her early teens (she is an adult now) I would recommend this book for her. Now that my daughter is so old (she thinks) anything I recommend is automatically "dorky". :)

This author really likes to cut the story off at the end. I always feel like she ends it in the middle of something. There isn't another book after this one that's out yet, so it is kind of annoying. Otherwise, this one is a lot like the first one, but it does keep the love story from the second book going which is the only reason I kept reading it. I guess I just don't click with the anorexia/ bulimia issue she struggles with. I don't understand it and probably never will, but I'm sure it's good for young girls with the issue to read books about someone who overcomes it.

Five stars for the story, minus one star because the choppy sentences are really starting to bother me. This book reads like a 13 year old's diary, at first it was okay because she was so young & it was in character. Throughout the series it has not improve & mature the way Kaitlyn's character has. Also, there were many typos which lead me to the conclusion that Ms Babich would really benefit from a good editor....

Good read , well written. Great book for anyone suffering from an eatting disorder , also great for loved ones . These books so far talk about it from the patient sick with the disorder and from friends and families view point. Read falling again and will reviewing that one next. Starting last book in this series this evening. I think " Jumping Down " is last book of this series if not I will keep Reading till the very last book/pages :)

Good reminder that no one is ever healed, we all have to keep working at it and ask for help when we feel our of control.
