I haven't actually tried this exercise for over 2 weeks. I believe it would work.

Anyway, I liked the book, and next time I'm ready for a different exercise program, I'm definitely doing this one.

Very interesting concept about deep breathing! I've always heard good things about benefits that it gives. I'm giving it a try. I'll update my review with any results.
