This is a great book. Very easy and fun read! I've already read a lot about the US Civil War prior to reading this so I already knew 80% of what was mentioned in the book. It would have been great if this was one of my first books about the Civil War. Even still, it was a fun read. I found this book in a used book store, I am very glad that I read it.

Entertaing light read about unusual events, many of which I had not heard of before.

I learned from this book, which is something I always shoot for when choosing what to read! I really liked the author's perspective and the narrative way he shares the facts. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn more about some of the Civil War's mysteries and myths!

Very interesting....probably a book more for people who don't already know a lot about the Civil War.
