I'm thinking I should just stay away from "funny" books about librarians. I never think they're funny. This book was at best mildly amusing. It sort of felt like a Wes Anderson film, which I realize some people would take as a big compliment. It's quirky, it's deadpan and I was bored.

Osannolikt kul bok! Författaren är bibliotekarie och förmedlar äkta bibliotekskänsla. Huvudpersonen Oliver är godhjärtad, orubbligt lik Candide, tror att alla förändringar är till det bästa. Orubblig i synen av det goda biblioteket, trots att de thotas av ett hårt samhällsklimat.
