Excellent book. Have bought it several times over the years both in the UK and since moving to the USA. I must have cooked his Thai chicken, chicken Provençal, Peter Ng sesame chicken and many other dishes dozens of times each. Since going plant based we have discovered his Rich Eggplant with Tomato and Basil which my wife now claims as her favorite dish. His Broccoli in fragrant wine sauce is also a great vegan dish.
This was the first recipe book I really fell in love with. It was very educational to have recipes indicate with precision what I was doing, even down to quick timings, and cooking my way through it I found myself learning a lot about food. More fusion than some of his, but that's something he excels at.
