Evocatively written. Trattner shows the appreciation he has for academics, for theory, and for the men who've toiled to further the corpus of human knowledge. He's extremely biased perspective toward scientific inquiry is endearing; I learned much and was inspired greatly. I recommend this text to anyone desiring a literary experience with a scientific subject matter.
