Definitely a retro regency love story and one that I loved. A much more realistic ending than those of the modern regency romance genre, but equally as enjoyable. The focus was more upon the love stories of family members than following one person’s romance to an inevitable joyous conclusion. Beautifully written, accurately researched, highly entertaining.
