I have struggled with social anxiety my whole life, and found this to be an incredible resource with tips I can start using ASAP. Only wish I'd had this as a teenager when my social anxiety became crippling. If you struggle too, this fine book is definitely for you!

este livro serve para quem nunca ouviu falar em ansiedade social, mas não passa de um livro extremamente genérico e sem qualquer profundidade ou teor científico. facilmente teria sido escrito pelo chatgpt

Unfortunately this was a complete waste of money, there was nothing in this book I haven't heard or read before. To save you the trouble the main advice offered is to just go out and socialise and eventually you'll get used to it.

Decent read. Contained a lot of things I've read in other books, but it's bite-sized and fit into my uniform pocket so I read it during downtime at work. Would be an ok introduction to the topic, but I'd suggest following it up with something more in depth.
