Clemence's review: I like this book because it's very funny and I like to read two chapters every night, sometimes even three! The pictures are super cute.
Reread for nostalgia. No rating because obviously to me currently the plot line and characters is not very good, however that is because I am not at all the target audience for this kind of book and it would be different to that of what I would have rated it when I first read it.
Do you like books about magic? If you do, read this review. Florence the friendship fairy needs help but nobody can help except for Kirsty and Rachel. Jack Frost has stolen the magic objects which are: the Memory Book , Friendship Ribbon,

Daisy Meadows and her fairies are my childhood. I collected so many in my youth, knowing all the fairies and their importance, and sticking with the two special girls who go to be a part of the magic. Years ago I had to give my beautiful collection away, now still part of my childhood school where little girls are picking their favourite fairies and playing pretend. It's fun to hear stories from my old teachers telling me how over the years so many students have grabbed these books and fallen in love with the tales of two girls, Jack Frost and the fabulous glittering magic that is the fairies. On Christmas last year, my sister surprised me with a boxset of these books, but cause you cannot collect these darlings as easily anymore. I was over the moon! If anyone has a little one who needs a little magic in their life, wants to read and needs a big creation to be hooked on...it is Daisy Meadows!
It sounds awful that I've already blanked on the plot. Miss 3 likes the colour pictures and the fairies so we're working our way through the series.
Miss 3 and I like to explore different books and authors at the library, sometimes around particular topics or themes. We try to get different ones out every week or so; it's fun for both of us to have the variety and to look at a mix of new & favourite authors.
I can not believe that the goblins took the magic book because they did not have one. Florence was sad because the goblins were playing a tug of war with Florence`s magic sash.
Kirsty and Rachel are trying to find 3 items. They are a memory book, a ribbon, and a friendship bracelet with Florence the Friemdship Fairy. They were tricking the goblins a lot in a magic show, treasure hunt and party. The three of them were happy they found the tems. They found the ribbon at Jack Frosts ice castle. Now that all the items are found now everyone can be friends!
Read at night with my daughter. Was pretty cute. Ok for this age group, a bit heavy handed on the clothes and jewellery, but the girls worked well together and were able to compete their trials cleverly.
It's funny when the goblins fight about being friends and when they want to steal a fairy's notebook when they like stinky smelly stuff and it's all pink and purple. And it's also funny when everybody fights. And it's a good book.
