Alternatively shunned and courted, derided and admired, the Cult embodies the pioneering spirit of the Traditions, but also the dark underbelly of intemperance. In their quest to break through old preconceptions, they reach for tomorrow by dancing on the razor's edge of excess. But will this vision open new futures or trap them in sybaritic futility? The Cult's sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll can open new vistas, but only if tempered with direction and determination — hang on, it's going to be a wild ride.

My first novel, The Shulim Cycle: Book of Dahlia is available for purchase. You can visit the website for information on how to purchase it, visit your local bookstore to order it (I like this one because it promotes two small businesses: me and your local bookstore), or purchase it online via Amazon and Barnes and Noble.

Re: Lynn Davis Librarian Note: There is more than one author in the GoodReads database with this name.
Although many of the revised Tradition books didn't change much, this volume seemed to do a better job of explaining the Cultists and where they come from.
This is really a good book for Mage the Ascension. It's got some good material in it and I liked the over arching story and I can see myself using some of this in a future campaign.
