This is a thought provoking book with a strong message about how to live more from intuition or your Soul. I really enjoyed the chapters on commitments which are ways to live or principles such as openness and intuition and fearlessness that help you live more in alignment with your Soul. The idea being that life presents you with situations that are here to teach you, your curriculum to learn how to live from your Soul and to recognize your own divinity. The dream section of the book got more into detail with this idea that we are all creating our own reality and this came up against some of my religious beliefs, but there is still good messages in there to take and consider.

Overall, it was an easy philosophical read with short sections that shared wisdoms that reminded me of what I want to be, even if I don’t completely agree with all of it. I gave it four stars for the number of ahas I had. In particular for one section on openness that truly made me realize how I have been holding back and still not living open-hearted and with vulnerability.

For those on a spiritual journey and open to teachings that might rub up against Christian picture of God. If you are open, I think there is room for some of this to be incorporated into your spiritual life within your Christian beliefs.
