It's basically an entire book showing another reason you should do what every health expert is already telling you to do...eat more green leafy vegetables, drink more water, exercise regularly, meditate and breathe, etc. My main issue with this book is that it's called the solution, and there are no new solutions offered. It can be summarized by saying here are a 100 reasons that N.O. is really important in your body, and the solution to keeping levels high is doing what you already know you should be doing unless you've been living under a rock.

Informative and intriguing science-backed evidence of the role and benefits of nitric oxide. A good read for anyone interested in overall health, aging, battling chronic disease, heart health. Easy to read and understand. The authors cover various diseases and conditions and explain how nitric oxide works in the body in each scenario, followed by studies to support their claims. Also include various ways to boost nitric oxide in the body through diet, exercise, supplements.

The Importance of Nitric Oxide

I learned a lot I didn't know and some important guidelines I needed to know along with ways to help me improve my health journey at the age of 74. Better late than never.
