One way or another, terror will reign tonight.

Emma Livingston, a single mom, has been through hell—and back, so she thinks. While dealing with her five year old daughter’s night terrors, she attempts to live a normal life. That is, until the being from those very nightmares comes to visit her. Has her child been dealing with a real demon while she thought he was only a figment of an active imagination?
Michael D’Angelo is known to everyone in Prophet’s Point, Arizona, as their loving elementary school principal. But to The Brethren, he is known as the most powerful Protector. Immortal and angelic does not mean he’s without doubts or fears. While trying to protect Emma and Hannah, his tortured past comes back to haunt him. Can he overcome it? Or is he doomed to repeat a failure he has lived with for what seems like an eternity?
As Emma and Michael come together to protect Hannah, ancient secrets are revealed and faith is tested. When a prophecy is exposed, questions must be answered… Can Emma learn to trust enough to love again? Can Michael believe in himself enough to show Emma how? And will they be able to protect an innocent child, not to mention save the world as they know it, from total annihilation?

Ahhhhh! Where to start!?!?!

When I first purchased this book on my barnes and noble Nook, I was shocked to see that it was over five hundred pages long. I thought that it would take me forever to finish it, but boy was I wrong. I don't think I have ever read a book this fast! I finished this book in about five hours total. I blazed through this novel, turning pages frantically because I couldn't wait to find out what happened next. I had to put the book down about halfway through in order to get some sleep and kept thinking about it for several hours after I stopped reading. Trinity by Deena Remiel is the best book I have read this year! It has earned a spot in my favorite books of all time catagory as well! Whoo!

This story is fantastic in every way imaginable! Romance, humor, adventure, twists and turns, a gorgeous cover, great character development, outstanding plot, fantastic dialog and writing,a spectacular ending, and an epic battle of good vs. evil. Hannah's growth was especially amazing to watch! What a badass five year old. All of the angels are fantastic as well. I don't deny having sweet dreams while reading this book. Emma and Micheal have such good chemistry. I found myself blushing and swooning in some of their more heated scenes. I also love the fact that Emma works at a school, like myself, and I also loved the fact that she was five foot two, like me as well. (Go short people!)

This book is amazing! It made me happy, sad, laugh, nearly cry, and left me completely satisfied. I will definitely be wating (im)patiently for the next book in the series, which is titled Relic. The one question I asked myself while reading this book was: Why haven't you read this sooner?

Go check it out! You won't be disappointed!

WOW... so, this is one of those books that kept me up all night, the type where you have to literally tear yourself away from it so you can get some sleep. I even read while cooking a stir-fry at one point! LOl It's dark, it's sensual, it's gritty...its' fabulous! Love your angel paranormals? Try this!

I have to say that I was hooked from the very beginning. Deena give's you no warm up time in this book and I love it. From the very beginning you feel for Emma, a single mom who has absolutely no one and is afraid after a abusive marriage to allow anyone in her life. Her daughter Hannah is having horrible nightmares and neither of them has gotten a good night sleep in months. She finally realizes that she might need to talk to someone, so she decides to tell her coworker and principle of Hannah's school Micheal.
When she tells him. She finds out that these are not just nightmare's affecting her child. They are the demon Agremon trying to take her to his master. Micheal is not just the principle but an Angel with The Brethren there to help keep her and all the world safe from Evil and that Her and Hannah are to be a big part of this war whether she wants to or not. As the book goes on she has to fighter emotions. She is stuck with emotions of being a mother who only wants to keep her daughter safe. She also knows that their destiny was to be a part of this and that they are needed to fight against the great evil that is attacking the world right in front of them.
This was a great book and it leaves you wanting more. You want to know about all of the Angels in The Brethren. I don't think you can read it and not realize that there just might be an Angel at work and you don't even know it. So remember Angels do Exist.... so Evil better watch out!

What a fantastic read! There are so many things to love about this story; the beautiful setting, the plot line...the romance! What, or I should say, who, I loved most was our tiny heroine, Hannah. Before we even become aware that she's "magic", she graces us with a personality and charm so real, I fell instantly in love with her and the beautiful bond she has with her very loving and protective mother, Emma.
The lovefest doesn't end there. Michael and Emma are equally enthralling with their very passionate and sweet romance. Of course it's not all wine and roses, what fun would that be? The trio have prophesies and epic battles with the nasty forces of evil to endure. And endure, they do.
Deena created a great cast of characters including the Brethren and the evil Namirha and Agremon. The story has it's darkness, evil threatens to win over good. Some scenes are downright terrifying and had me in tears and fearing for not only our heroes, but the fate of the world.
I haven't chosen my favorite of the Brothers (Michael would be too obvious), but they are of course, all beautiful, powerful and each have their own purpose and personality. I'm looking to forward to learning more about them in the next installment, Relic, and reveling in the love between Michael and Emma and their rather large and very special family.

I was rather disappointed with this book.

It started off SO well, and then somewhere along the way the Author 'dropped the ball'.
The idea of the Trinity: A Protector, A Warrior Child, and A Great Healing Mother was really good, BUT I think what really bothered me the most about this book was the dialogue between the characters. From about the middle of the book to the end, I felt as if I was reading an essay. There just was no 'depth' to the characters.

It took me what seemed like FOREVER to finish this book, and that pissed me off even more!

I would actually rate this book 1½ stars, but I'll give it a 'generous' 2.

This is a story of good versus evil. Angels against demons. But also it is a love story . Hannah is a sweet young five year old that is being plagued by night terrors as her mom Emma struggles to keep it all together. And help her daughter through these night terrors. But they don't know that there is more to these night terrors . Enter principal Micheal D'angelo, There is more to Micheal then just being a principal. He is also an angel here to protect Hannah and her mother. As they are very special and are just two in a long line of ancient power. As Satan wants Hannah and her power the Bethern will fight to keep them safe. Micheal and Emma will find love through the ordeal. Will they survive the fight to the death , will good triumph over evil.

I saw this book on the author's facebook page and decided that this might be the book that helps me get over all my dark characters , that are running around in my head . Boy I was right, there is mystery and drama .Ancient warriors, Angels and demons. Oh by the way the angels are really hot and manly in the leathers they wear. Yes I love a man in a good pair of leather pants. But I do digress . Ummm where was I oh yeah.

Deena weaves a tale that will have you turning pages long into the night. You just want to pick Hannah up and wrap her in cotton , until you realize that she is one tough cookie. Every mother knows what it is like when your child is terrorized by nightmares. You feel like Emma was , on your last tank of gas and running on fumes. This book is a rollercoaster of emotions and you will not be disappointed. I will tell you it is a long book but you will be so engaged you wont mind.

The pictures Deena paints are unbelievable , you will laugh , cry and cheer for the players in this book. You also might tear up a bit towards the end of the book. So if you want a book that has it all romance, angels, mystery and a good fight check out TRINITY , you shouldn't be disappointed. I know I wasn't

Deena Remiel weaves an interesting tale revolving around the ultimate battle of good versus evil. In this novel, we are introduced to the three main characters, Emma, Hannah, and Michael; however, unlike most authors, Remiel does not give in depth histories of each person at the beginning of the story. Instead she opts to let the readers get to know her characters as the plot progresses which really builds suspense and seems to let the characters tell the story themselves. The mother, Emma has to face the harsh reality that her daughter is about to fulfill an ancient prophecy, angels do exist, and she may be in love with the angel? Or is she losing her mind? These are the questions she asks herself and we get to follow along on the adventure.

The novel starts off with a bang with an amazing prologue explaining the prophecies of good and evil and transitions us into the story. Deena Remiel's take on the "Trinity" is a brilliant and
ingenious new spin on the formation and revelation of the battle of good and evil. The suspense never falls short and the dialogue is very well-written. Fans of J.R. Ward's Fallen Angels' and Black Dagger Brotherhood series will fall in love with this series as will any lover of paranormal romance!

The supporting Fallen Angels characters are also very well set up for another novel and I am eagerly awaiting another installment. Deena Remiel is definitely an author to watch!!

I was hoping... No, it didn't get better...
My impresson is that it was written by a robot (and not a cognisant robot!!!).
There's no emotion.
The story is witten like this: heros have to defend the good from evel; they get together; they talk about strategy; the H meets h and the kiss and fall in bed; they fight evel; they win; the end. How sad not being able to make it better even with all that pages at disposal...
There is supposed to be a magical connection between the H+h+her daughter but there's nothing magical in the way it is described - it seems more like lighting a bulb!!!
Why angels act like "the lost boys of NeverLand"??? They are supposed to be immortals, for God's sake, but they act like a 5 years old!!!!
There's supposed to be mother love and sacrifice involved, but it was arid and rung false - in one moment the mother (the heroine) is having a tantrum about the fact that her baby must fight evil (she's a Great Warrior Child while the mother is Great Healing Mother???!!!) and in not time at all she's OK with that!!! Oh, come on...
And there's a loooot of other things like that that I could go on for pages, so I'll stop here.
I'm soooo disapponted that I could cry!!!
It has everything to be a good book, but nothing was delivered!
I relied on all the 5 and 4 stars given, but now I think that the book I read is not the same they read!!!

TRINITY

YES I BELIEVE STRONGLY IN ANGELS !!!! DO YOU?
As Trinity is formed, ancient secrets are revealed and faith will be tested. When a prophecy is exposed, Hannah becomes the main target and Emma wonders if a normal life will ever be possible again. Hope is like an anchor, can a mother, and her daughter, and a angel over-come the evil determined to annihilate the world?

Trinity: A group of 3 members. The three persons are distinct yet coexist in unity, and are co-equal: triad

I bought Trinity after reading The Brethren Beginnings Vol 1, and had to read it before my other books in my TBR pile. (I know that’s a no-no in my book too!)
Oh my where to begin and where to stop. That is going to be my problem once again. As when I read The Brethren Beginnings, I found myself turning the pages just as fast as I could, (but very carefully) thinking I might miss an important part if I didn’t.

Emma and Michael (Protector Angel) must come together in a fight against two evils, Namirha (master) and Agremon (servant) who are bound and determined to get Hannah; who is a vital part of the Trinity.
I found myself following tbis amazing tale, one of a journey through battles of good vs evil, romance, and passion, a mothers love, an especially amazing daughter and a absolutely breath taking Brethren Protector Angel.
All of this presented to us in a beautiful setting and storyline, courtesy of the amazing Deena herself!! Hooked yet again, by this epic series of the Brethren.

Trinity tells you of a single mom, Emma with an incredible, amazing “magical” daughter, Hannah. Emma has been heart broken in the past, so she has trouble trusting again. Hannah, her adorable daughter who is almost 6 years old is a vital component in the Trinity; along with her mother who’s strength as a “Savior” also a key component and Michael a “Protector”, together form the triad.

Hannah starts having regular nightmares which are taking a toll on both Hannah and Emma. Michael D’Angelo has been Hannah’s principal at her school for as long as she has been there. Emma has also worked there for the full 6 years.
But Michael isn't just your run of the mill principals, he has a secret, one know one in the town at Prophet Point knows. His last name holds a clue; D’Angelo. *insert cheesy grin and a wink* to the mighty Brethren, Michael is known as the most powerful Protector. Being immortal and an angel doesn't mean Michael hasn’t fears or doubts of his own, because he does. Protecting Emma and Hannah from evil clutches will test his ability to fight his tortured past as the battles are fought!

Michael knows he is to protect both mother and daughter from the nasty forces of Evil, from Agremon and devil himself Namirha who is after an ancient warrior power. There is chemistry between Michael and Emma; will the evil tear them apart? (Not going to tell you)
The story has darkness; evil threatens to win over good. And some of the detailed scenes are terrifying that may find you in tears, fearing for the fate of the world as well as for your heroes.
So far I have two favorites of the Brethren, yes the obvious Michael and yet one more. His story is yet to be told, so I’m going to see if you also fall in love with this wonderful Angel. Of course they are all beautiful, powerful and each has their own purpose and personality. I can’t wait to read the next book of the Brethren, Relic and immersing myself in the love between Michael and Emma, and their large family. (The Brethren)

If you have a love affair with Angels with a passion this beautiful book is for you. A MUST READ!!

I would recommend this book to YA and up.

I have to give this book a 5/5

Summary: Emma is a single mother to 5 year old Hannah who has been waking up the last six months from nightmares. At least she thought they were nightmares until Hannah told her the evil Agremon who has been trying to get her for his master, Namirha. Emma didn't believe what Hannah was telling her and then she had her own little incident. Michael is there to help her through the incident brought on by Agremon and finally shares what has been going on with Hannah. Once Michael hears this, he tells her he is an Angel. And not just any angel, but a protector. To top it off, Emma and (most especially) Hannah, are very special in the war against evil.Emma, not believing what Michael is telling her, kicks him out and cant believe she trusted him. Then another incident, brought on by Agremon, issues Michael to move in and protect her yet again, making her a believer. Soon the rest of the Brethren show up, and the training to defeat evil begins.

My Thoughts: Deena Remiel paints the picture and you cant help but keep turning the page to see if good will triumph over evil. At one point in the book my phone rang in an intense scene, and I actually jumped. To me, I had been in that scene and Agremon was my enemy. The love and passion growing and forming between Michael and Emma had me smiling, and kept turning the page to get more. The Brethren and Hannah had me cheering out loud. At this stage i'm anxiously awaiting the next book in the series. By the end of this book, you will know......ANGELS DO EXIST.....AND EVIL BETTER WATCH OUT.

Trinity (Brethren #1)
by Deena Remiel (Goodreads Author)

Synopsis from Goodreads:

"One way or another, terror will reign tonight.

And will they be able to protect an innocent child, not to mention save the world as they know it, from total annihilation?"
I am in love with the Brethren and Trinity is a delightful read. I enjoyed meeting Emma, Michael, and Hannah, as well as the rest of the crew that made an appearance. The synopsis is pretty concise and spot on as far as a description of the story and I will not try to improve on that just share my feelings about the book. It was definitely well written and the character development was a pleasure to read. There is adrenalin pumping action to beat the band, which for me is always satisfying. Emma is a wonderful caring mother, Michael a dream man come true, and Hannah a precocious lovely child that every parent wishes would come live with them. These characters all have great strength of character and learn to put aside their own frailties to protect the innocent and those they love. If there was one thing I wanted more from this book it would be more about the other Brethren, who although they play a major part in the story, are more peripheral characters. However, there is a caveat here  I see this in my mind as book one in a long running series where we will get to know all of the Brethren and explore each of their stories, which will totally satisfy my need for more. Yes, I certainly want more and will be standing in line with itchy fingers extended waiting to read all that is shared about those known as The Brethren. I recommend this book to anyone interested in a well written interesting story of good fighting evil that definitely has a unique and individual flavor. I would like to suggest that if you are interested in reading this book that you first get Brethren Beginnings a very short prequel that introduces you to the world of the Brethren, as it certainly enhances the reading of Trinity.

Emma Livingston’s five year old daughter Hannah had been having nightmares of a demon for so long now, they were both showing signs of severe sleep deprivation. Scared and at the end of her rope, Emma turns to one of her few friends, Michael D’Angelo, and he reveals some unbelievable revelations. Michael is not just the principal of Hannah’s school, he is a Protector angel and a member of the Brethren, angels who protect mankind and fight the evil forces that wish them harm. Together, Michael, Emma and Hannah form the Trinity, a triad of power that will come into play during the upcoming war of good versus evil.

The opening summary puts it all in a nice, neat package. It was anything but for Emma. Imagine someone looking you in the eye and telling you that your baby girl is a warrior angel and about to lead a battle against the big bad. Not so nice and neat anymore..hmmm? To be honest, Hannah handles the situation much better than Emma. Emma freaks right on out and kicks Michael out on his sexy rump, although she did check out said rump as it was leaving. Michael is dealing with some heavy issues. He's not real confident in his appeal to women. He is under the mistaken impression that women in general might find his wings a tad off putting.
Let me just be real clear on this, if any of my teachers, counselors, professors, instructors, school janitors, or even cafeteria workers, had looked like Michael with wings, I would have a PhD right now.(and probably walk bowlegged)

Emma, because of past problems with her male relationships, has some rather intense trust issues. This is a HUGE issue in the story. Even after Michael has proven his divinity, Emma still questions his motives. Once again Hannah handles the situation with more aplomb than the adults. Being possessed by an ancient angel spirit might have something to do with that. The story line, secondary characters, as well as the evil villains were flawless, and should lend themselves quite easily to a continuing series. There were snippets of humor that broke up some really graphic battle scenes. I wish the love scenes had been a bit more detailed and gritty (yeah, I'm pervy like that), but they were sweet and may pull in a more diverse demographic. This heartwarming, life affirming story offers hope and second chances. By the end of the book, these characters were a fixed part of my literary family. The entire Brethren horde has attached themselves forever to my psyche and left a warm and lasting imprint. I will be avidly watching for their future adventures and strongly advise you to do the same. READ THIS BOOK!!

Good vs evil

A well developed plot that will pique your attention from beginning to end. At over 500 pages long you wont feel like you are on a marathon but will be left wanting more !!

Trinity is filled with suspense, action, romance, dark traits and all the goodies one would want in a paranormal story !!

The Brethen ** waggles eyebrows ** I tell you ... Id certainly love these boys knocking on my door. !! Deena has portrayed all her characters with there own traits, giving them unique characteristcs and there place in the story. Sexy as sin - They are certainly smokin !! grins ---

I must admit at first the idea of the little girl being - haunted by evil was very scary - but I especially enjoyed how Deena let this girl little be two people.. Being a parent I to understood the worry behind it all. ** who would want some evil entity haunting there daughters dream at night ?? Im not going into any detail dont want to spoil it for you all !!

Evil is set forth = definetly sadistic and dark. The good comes across as angelic and of course caring .. Yet also kick arse. ! These hot angels certainly do have the MOJO ** waggles eyebrows ** geesh check out the cover !!! sigh -

The romance put forth between Emma and Michael was passionate and caring - both souls that needed healing from previous loves. They both learnt to move on - love again and fight . The romance was not over powered - the story contained equal amounts of everything ;)

A wonderfully told storyline filled with a unique plot, smooth flowing dialogue and wonderfully crafted characters !! You will certainly be left sated but wanting more !!

Sinfully sexy angels - with biceps and build to knock not only your stocking off but have your blood pumpin '

Amazing book!

My review: Wow what can i say but.... I LOVED IT! I was completely hooked right from the beginning it was so hard to put this book down you get so wrapped up in their world. Deena doesn't disappoint, her story takes you on an amazing journey full of good old fashion Good vs Evil in such a new and exciting way, Romance, passion, danger, action and plenty of gorgeous angel brethren to put your imagination into overdrive. What more can a girl ask for?!?! *winks*

Being a mother myself I could totally relate to Emma Livingston's character, a love a mother has for her child is so strong we'd do anything to keep them safe and out of harms way.

Emma's a single mum who has had her heart broken in the past and is having trouble trusting people, her daughter Hannah has been having regular nightmares which has been taking it's toll on them both.
Hannah's principal Michael D'Angelo has a little secret *whispers* that he's a gorgeous Angel and is the most powerful protector in the Brethren and is assigned to protect Emma and Hannah from Agremon (who gives me the creeps) *shivers* and the devil himself Namirha who is after an ancient warriors power.

The passion between Emma and Michael had me melting in my seat *giggles* Will evil tear them apart? You'll have to read Trinity to find out!
This book is a must read for all you Paranormal lovers even if your not it's a world that leaves you wanting more.
Thanks Deena for introducing us to the gorgeous Brethren. Can't wait to read more about them.

I BELIEVE IN ANGELS!

Hannah a 6 year old girl is being harassed in her dreams. Emma who is Hannah's mother is a her wits end on what to do for her daughter. Lack of sleep and the stress about Hannah's nightmares are taking it's toll on Emma. When she begins to think she's seeing things she turns to her friend Michael. After telling Michael all that has been happened to her daughter Michael decides to help them. Michael is part of a group of Angels that are sworn to protect the good and innocent from Evil. They are called The Brethren.... Michael, Emma and Hannah will be fighting evil with the help of some friends... The war ensues and keeps you on your toes with spine tingling action and wonderment. What will happen? Will Good triumph over evil? Read and find out!
I really enjoyed this book because it makes you want to know what is going to happen next. It's a real page turner. From page one it grabs you and holds on. There's mystery, magic, action and divine inspiration.
Michael makes me want to believe in Angels and Hannah is such a delightful child that is believable. Emma is the protective mother who makes the story sweet with her protectiveness and endearing qualities. The book is easy to follow along with and makes for a great read.
I would recommend this book to any readers out there. It sucks you in and keeps you reading late into the night like any fantastic book should do! This Book is now in my KEEP pile!

No spoilers...

I truly enjoyed this book and could not put it down; ended up reading it in one sitting.

I liked the characters, and the storyline but in the end, I really wanted more from the book than I got. Don't get me wrong, I truly enjoyed the book. However, I felt like it could have been fleshed out more. There was so much going on that could have been included, but wasn't. The best way to describe it, was that an opportunity was missed; it's almost as if the book was written part time - this is the only way I can voice my opinion here so I hope you understand that I'm not bagging the book or the author at all. I doubt I could do better, I doubt that very much.

I'm even disgruntled with my review, as I feel that I'm not getting across what I wish to here. Let me try again.

What I liked: the characters.

What I didn't like: the story was too short considering what it was about - it felt like it was done and dusted all before lunch.

Will I read it again? Yes, I think I may.

Will I go on to read book two? Indubitably!

I can only hope that you will read my review, and be curious enough to read Trinity for yourself. Perhaps then you can come back and we can discuss this further.

I was given an ecopy of this book by the author in exchange for an honest review. I also bought a copy to support the author. Deena Remiel is an amazing writer and she blew me out of the water again!

OMG! Do I believe in Angels? You bet cha! This is a very well written story. Full of emotions, action packed fight sequences, betrayal, anger, diabolcal Evil, and well trained heavenly Angels. Just when things started going well, here comes Evil to thwart their plans yet again. Emma and Michael are a steamy couple that will make you sweat right along with their intimate encounters.

My favorite character would be Hannah, for as young as she is, she is strong, intelligent, and prepared. She knows what is at stake and helps keep the others on task at times. Need to Read Relic Book #2 and Elixxir Book #3.

I would recommend this first installment to our 18+ Reaedrs out there due to the adult theme of this book. I Love it! Go get ya some!

Emma is a teacher by day and a mommy by night to a five year old daughter who has an active imagination and suffers from constant nightmares of an evil man who wants to take her away. Emma begins to suffer from nightmares brought on by the same evil and it wont stop until he claims Hannah as his daughter.

Michael is the principal of the school Emma teaches at. He's also a Protector, an angel sent to Earth to ward off evil. He quickly becomes aware of Emma's plight and vows to protect her and her daughter. But what he didn't expect to find was love.

Unknown secrets from Emma's past come into light and a prophecy is exposed. The Trinity is formed and lives will be changed forever.

I loved how Deena empowered a five year old with badass fighting skills. She painted the scenes full of excitement and sexy man angels. The storyline was very creative and I look forward to reading more about the Brethren and whom they protect next.

I know it sounds bad but I was dreading reading this novel. The story line didn't catch me and I thought it would be a chore to read. Well, I am happy to say that I was completely wrong. I ended up being drawn in by the story of the age old bond between mother and child and the lengths that a mother will go to protect her child even if it means her own death. It seems from some of the reviews that I have read that people either really liked it or they didn't. I actually found the Brethren Angels a bit hilarious with their antics and behavior. I am not sure if the author meant them to be taken that way but it actually added a bit of fun and humor to the novel which also did have a serious side. I found that it worked for me and made it an enjoyable read. The premise of the story is compelling and enough that I would like to see what happens next so I will be adding a want to read for the second book in this series. I think anyone who does like paranormal romance should try this series.

Free download. Well I'm not sure what to think of this read. Emma is trying hard to be a good single parent to her five year old daughter Hannah, but is struggling to deal with her daughters nightmares which seem to be more real than ever, she is starting to think she's crazy but what she'll discover is there is more to it than that. Michael has watched Emma and Hannah for 6 years and has now discovered why but will he be able to help?
This was an interesting new twist on angels and Demons, the story and plot are good, the characters are good but the dialogue doesn't sound realistic and although it's a paranormal read it doesn't ring true. The potential is there but I couldn't take it seriously. Lots of angst with hurt and distress but there's also love with intimate moments. It would be a nice read. This can be read as a standalone but is part of a series.

How long can one person keep a wall up to protect their heart? Emma is about to find out. Dealing with her daughters nightmares (that seem to be coming more often) alone, just doesn’t seem to be in the cards anymore. Resigned to talk to with someone, Emma just didn’t know how her life was going to change all at the same time. Grab a seat and settle in for a crazy and wild ride. One that will have your heart pounding one second and all mushy the next. Just an honest warning here, there was a moment I had to put the book the down. It actually scared the you know what outta me (it was in the details, lol). Overall I enjoyed the story very much, and look forward to reading the next installment.

The premise of this book intrigued me, it's not often you find the heroine to be a single Mum, especially in PNR!

Emma moves to a small town with her daughter Hannah following a what I can only guess was a messy divorce. We join them almost six years later when Hannah has been having recurring nightmares that are becoming more vivid and affecting their real lives. Emma turns to her boss Michael for help only to discover that as well as being a school principal he also belongs to The Brethren - a group of immortal warriors whose mission is to save humanity! Emma & Hannah soon find themselves in the middle of a war between Heaven & Hell.

Overall, Trinity was a ok read. I would give it between a 2.5 to 3 stars.

To me, it was an easy mindless read. Mindless in the sense that the storyline rolled smoothly and the story was good but a little underdeveloped. Trinity didn't pull to hard at my emotions. There were somethings about the book that did bother me. I couldn't get past the fact that the Great Protector of all humans and angels would call his love interest "honey". I shook my head everytime I read that nickname in one of Michael's lines. The Brethren seemed like a group of rowdy young men looking for a good fight than a group of reverent angels sent to earth to protect humans from Evil.

I really loved this story. And I'm not saying that even though I am a fellow Arizonian as the author and story!

This was a pretty epic tale of heaven and hell, love and hate, right and wrong and all that is what makes balance in the world! The plot and layout of the story was all very interesting and unique. The characaters were well rounded and loveable. I loved Michael and Hannah, but Emma was the one any mother would identify with.

Overall, great read with a beautiful ending by Deena Remiel. Must read if you are interested in angels and everlasting love. And the best part? There is going to be more!

It was a pretty good read. I liked the characters and the overall story was good. However, the dialog and even in between had a flair for the dramatic, even going so far as "world domination". Also, the utilization of a six year old child to be a warrior was a bit much for me. I understand that she is supposed to have the soul of an ancient warrior with her, but really she is just a child and a six year old should not be yielding a sword. The story felt a bit forced and over dramatic at times, but was otherwise good. I will be checking out the next in the series.

Absolutely beautifully written.

This is my 1st time reading anything from Mrs. Remiel and honestly after reading this book in what only lasted for two days, it won't be the last time. This book not only tugged at my heart strings but it also made you think and become in awe of the characters in this book. It also showed the strength of a mother's love in Emma for her daughter Hannah.

I honestly loved this book very much so and I can't wait to read some more from Deena Remiel.
