I picked up this book in an arts bookshop based on the formatting and the promise of feminism, but it was too advanced a read for me. This would really suit someone who already has a fair understanding of Italian feminist art movements, especially Rivolta Femminile and Carla Lonzi's work at large. I was able to parse some interesting details female art in the 1970s in Italy, but a few of the essays were repetitive to me. I love that this book offers all the essays in three languages though, making it far more accessible.
