I only read chapter eight - 2*

I don't know why but chapter 10 and 11 are missing - they've probably fell out of this library copy. Luckily, I didn't need that section. I only required the section on inclusion.

As a trainee teacher (in my third year of training - WHAT?!), I did not find the majority of the book useful because it was aimed at teaching assistants, who are aiming to pursue a foundation degree. So i cannot comment on the benefits to TAs but for me, it was not very useful (but I'm not the intended audience).
