The perfect amount of information and anecdotal information. This is very very very informationally dense. The first 130ish pages are all about making tea, reading tea, kinda of tea, how to serve the tea extra extra and the remaining book is a list of images and possible meanings. I would say this is more of an encyclopedia than a book but as a tea reader I would the information was wonderfully put and clear to understand.
Fantastic book for learning the basics of tea leaf reading with some history and lore thrown in for fun. Other than that all I have to say is Zodiac Tea!! Yes. I am definitely recommending this delightful little book for anyone who is curious about what the future will bring.
I loved this book. It delved into the history of tea leaf reading as well as how people do it now. She gave options , examples, and thorough descriptions . I highly recommend this read.
A really good beginner's overview on Tea Leaf Reading. There is a lot of information in this book but nothing goes into too much detail which I sort of liked. If you are looking for a good overview then this is a great book and for more detailed information the author provided other reference books which was nice. There is a lot more to learn about from this book than just tea leaf reading as the author blending your own teas, herbal infusions, medicinal benefits, tea parties, and tea superstitions/history. There is a nice size symbol dictionary included too which is nicely divided up and easy to use. Overall I really liked this book and for anybody who is into tea or reading the leaves it would be a great reference guide!
