Trump promoted conspiracy theories and made many false and misleading statements during his campaigns and presidency, to a degree unprecedented in American politics. Many of his comments and actions have been characterized as racially charged or racist and many as misogynistic.
As president, Trump ordered a travel ban on citizens from several Muslim-majority countries, diverted military funding toward building a wall on the U.S.–Mexico border, and implemented a policy of family separations for migrants detained at the U.S. border. He weakened environmental protections, rolling back more than 100 environmental policies and regulations. He signed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, which cut taxes for individuals and businesses and rescinded the individual health insurance mandate penalty of the Affordable Care Act. He appointed Neil Gorsuch, Brett M. Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett to the U.S. Supreme Court. He reacted slowly to the COVID-19 pandemic, ignored or contradicted many recommendations from health officials, used political pressure to interfere with testing efforts, and spread misinformation about unproven treatments. Trump initiated a trade war with China and withdrew the U.S. from the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership trade agreement, the Paris Agreement on climate change, and the Iran nuclear deal. He met with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un three times but made no progress on denuclearization.
Trump refused to concede after losing the 2020 presidential election to Joe Biden, falsely claiming widespread electoral fraud, and attempted to overturn the results by pressuring government officials, mounting scores of unsuccessful legal challenges, and obstructing the presidential transition. On January 6, 2021, he urged his supporters to march to the U.S. Capitol, which many of them then attacked, resulting in multiple deaths and interrupting the electoral vote count.
Trump is the only American president to have been impeached twice. After he tried to pressure Ukraine in 2019 to investigate Biden, he was impeached by the House of Representatives for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. Nếu ai hỏi tôi 100 lời khuyên trong cuốn này có bổ ích hay không, thì câu trả lời sẽ là có, rất hữu ích. Nhưng tại sao tôi lại đánh giá nó 2 sao:
1. Cuốn sách quá dài, sau khi 100 điều thì tôi gần như chỉ nhớ được vài điều.
2. Những lời khuyên bị trùng lập quá nhiều, thay vào viết 100 điều thì chỉ cần viết khoảng 10 điều sau đó, cùng triển khai 10 điều đó với những ví dụ từ những lời khuyên của các chuyên gia.
Tuy nhiên, tạm note lại ở đây những điều tôi học được sau khi đọc xong cuốn sách:
- Câu thần chú của mọi người khi làm bất động sản là: vị trí, vị trí và vị trí.
- Không được chần chừ, phải quyết đoán. Chờ đợi là một dạng của nhường cơ hội cho người khác.

Altamente recomendable para los que trabajamos en la industria de bienes raíces como para todo potencial inversionista que quiere ganar en este rubro. Este libro recopila los mejores consejos que han recibido y les ha funcionado a expertos de la industria con la experiencia de toda una vida. Para mi es muy valioso para la visión y estrategia de mi negocio. Si bien el libro gira en el entorno estadounidense, los principios son válidos para cualquier mercado.

I had to buy a book to get validation for parking cause I was on the way to a Laker game. Since I would be paying $25-$40 for parking, I thought I might as well get something out of it.
The book was good. A lot of little reminders about investing in real estate. It was well worth the read. Though if you are not gung-ho about real estate investing, you are going to find it dry.

A great read from Trump fans and non-fans alike. This book had a lot of great quotes and advice from various successful people from all backgrounds. Not only can the thoughts and advice be implemented into a business-minded person, but they can be taken and adapted into everyday situations.

This is a unique book in the series by Donald Trump. It is a collection best real estate advice in the form of essays from 100 different professionals in the business. The book is a collection of gems and nuggets of wisdom, and although some tips I did not find applicable to my business plan, there were many others that did set the wheels spinning. This is a book I plan to re-read again in the future as my real estate business grows, as there is a lot of wisdom here on many levels.

I wish this would have been Donald Trump's words instead of his business associates, however, I did take away a few good tips which makes it worth the read. Such as specializing in your own market and a couple rules about the 1031 exchange.

En este libro Donald reúne 100 consejos de lideres del mercado inmobiliario, lo recomiendo como una lectura casual y ligera diaria y creo que esa es su verdadera función pues a cualquier persona que le interesen los bienes raíces estoy seguro que más de uno de los consejos le será útil.

A rah-rah book on the benefits of buying properties. It's simple and easy to read. Some of the themes, especially on integrity, are repeated. "In the end, the quality of life is determined not by how much you understand and know, but but by the actions you take." (p 126) Something like this inspires me to delve deeper into real estate as I just rented out my house on July 1, 2011. I'm a first-time landlord.

Bought a copy in Trump Tower on 5th Ave.
Nice book, but it's a bit of a concoction of 30-40 different (sometimes opposing) strategies. It uses the throw spaghetti on the wall and see what sticks method....and I'm sure somethings will stick for you, as they did for me.
