Cory Gail shares a farm with his Uncle Harry and Aunt M. in Kansas. When a powerful cyclone arrives, it whisks their farmhouse, Cory, and his dog Dodo far from the plains of Middle America and deposits them beyond the rainbow in The Land of Cox.
Cory emerges from the wreckage and is greeted by Glen the Good Fairy who informs him that he and Dodo have inadvertently crushed The Wicked Mick (Mickaulay) of the East under their house. However, there exists a far more vile The Wicked Mick (Mickhael) of the West. He is capturing the little people of Cox and collecting them as playthings.
Glen points Cory and Dodo in the direction of Silver City at the end of the Yellow Dick Road to appeal to The Pisser of Cox for help getting back home.
Along their way, Cory and Dodo encounter a rubber sex doll, an oversized metal vibrator, and a middle-aged bear, all of whom decide to join the journey with requests of their own for The Pisser.
