A post-Vatican II (published 1967) prayer and meditation book for the layperson. Covers Acts and Paul's Epistles. A helpful guide through a wide selection of readings from both sources. I liked the format of the meditations. The author is a priest and I found his reflections on changes in the Church during the years immediately following Vatican II were interesting.

Biographical info on St. Paul is cool. However the spiritual readings that follow are a bit wishy washy, some so much so that I laughed out loud reading them.

ST. PAUL pray for us.

Excellent book on the life and discipleship of a truly courageous and influential saint. A great companion book for anyone reading the new testament and the Acts of the Apostles.
