Great tools for building consensus, vision, and strategy

Detailed step-by-step instructions and tips for implementing a participatory consensus-building workshop. Very helpful.

Very informative on how to facilitate a consensus workshop. I will be taking some further training on this in a few months, and I'm excited to see how the procedures described can be implemented.
