Recommended to me by On Reflection. There, it turns out, Hawarden's photographs are somewhat out of their proper context. But they are still beautiful to look at. My only real complaint is that here they are reproduced without captions. There is a list at the back of the book, but if you don't find that out until you reach the end of the book, it's less helpful. Captions would have been better.
