the title should have clued me in that this was the ramblings of an old timer who has nothing relevant to offer a struggling musician trying to make it today. I was looking for advice. Didn't get any here. Don't waste your time on this nonsense.

Very much geared toward really, seriously making it "big time." Which is definitely not my personal goal (I try not to harbor too much delusion). Still, useful and informative.
