I enjoyed this nice little romance! I liked the heroine, she was a nice, sweet and intelligent woman who fell for her boss then gets to live out her fantasy of being married to him as part of a "business deal". The hero was closed off to his emotions for most of the book the heroine helps break through his fears. Overall, a cute good story.
I know we are supposed to suspend disbelief when reading Mills and Boon but seriously? this plot premise was just so utterly ridiculous. We're supposed to believe a woman will arrange a wedding with no groom and at which she will appear to be jilted by her boss - simply to help her sister get back with a lover? No - I didn't buy it not for a minute. This was boring and pedestrian. Sorry - not my cup of tea at all.
If you expect a 'sheikh' book you won't find it here. Its more 'sheikh' light. Light is a good way to describe the entire book. Light male, light heroine and a really light fluffy story.
