I guess this CD can be as beneficial to our thinking/day as we allow it to be. Filled with positive affirmations with a backdrop of soothing music, its meant to be listened to in the morning and whenever you feel fearful. I like the content but I find her tone and pace a bit slow and "lulling", like something Id listen to before going to bed, rather than start my day with. Perhaps I would have liked a bit of a more upbeat backdrop/tone/pace to start my day with. Otherwise, it is soothing and creates the perfect platform and starting point to get you energized into thinking more positively for the day (or situation).
Works well in conjunction with the book "Feel the Fear.. and Do It Anyway" by Susan Jeffers.
