Holden Caulfield’s sharp observations about society, identity, and alienation make this novel a powerful read for anyone navigating the confusion of growing up. An iconic tale that resonates with every generation.

Holden Caulfield’s voice is unforgettable—honest, sarcastic, and searching for meaning. A classic that resonates with anyone who’s felt like an outsider.

Enjoyed the book, but not being an English major I guess I couldn't appreciate it fully for its "literary contribution". I'm the kind that just likes a really good story that brings out emotions in me and teaches me something at the same time. I found this to be an "ok" read. It kept my attention, had a good storyline but lacked that emotional touch for me.

So far.... it's weird. Can't imagine why anyone considered that it might cause an assassination!

It was ok. Nothing great!

Never read this before. Good writing; depressing story.
