Testosterone: A Man's Guide- Second Edition

Rate this book
Tired all the time? Losing interest in sex? Your testosterone may be low, and your doctor may never have checked.

Millions of men live with testosterone deficiency and never get a diagnosis. They blame age or stress. Many doctors do the same. This book gives you the knowledge to get tested and treated correctly, and to work with your physician as an informed partner.

In 1993, at age 34, Nelson Vergel had lost 14 pounds without trying and had no sex drive at all. He thought his life was ending. After two testosterone injections, the fog lifted and his energy returned. With exercise and good nutrition he went on to gain 35 pounds of lean body mass. That turnaround started decades of research and patient advocacy on hormone therapy. A Man's Guide is the practical result.

Read it, but not for me. This is for a different type of audience, and that's ok.

I had no reservations about giving it a firm “A”. It is extremely informative on the subject of Testosterone and can be read by the general audience.
