Don't let the cheesy title repulse you from this fine CD. It's concise, well-reasoned and deep. If you want to get a taste of the author's style, there are plenty free first-class articles and videos available on the web.

I believed it will be a great book if I had not read similar books before this. It sounds more like a repeat to me.

The audio guided meditations are peace-inducing in times of stress or distress.
