I couldn't put this book down! I finished it in 3 days. You really felt the main character's pain and suffering when she looses her husband and the way she looses him. It's not a morbid/sad story or an unrealistic love story, I was afraid of that before I picked it up. However, it pretty much sums up that no matter the field or preparation you've had when it's YOU on the other side of the table the perspective of things are different and can either make you or break you. This story is pretty much about two beings overcoming a tremendous loss in their lives leaning on each other for support and how to let go of the past "patiently" even as the past starts letting go of them, it also brings out the importance of grieving properly and having that someone to lean on and love you unconditionally throughout the excruciating pain. I absolutely LOVED this book.

Going right up on my favorite shelf....

this is a story about a husband and wife who are happily married. then one day the husband has an accident and dies. A few days later, their best friend comes home from an acting job and hears the news. together they go thru the grieving process and fall in love. She finds out then that she is pregnant with her dead husbands baby. Not giving anything else away, I thought that the idea of this book was a good one, but I felt it was way too long and was getting predictable towards the end.

Loved the story until it got bogged down in the middle and dragged toward the ending. Seemed to have lost it's momentum, but I did like the storyline.

I admit there are some scene that seems relevant and there are some I felt need more details. But overall I liked it and I'll read it again soon!
