The origins of life, in the metaphysical sense, began with the creation of the celestial beings. According to Edgar Cayce’s readings of the Akashic Record, first came the Son, the Logos, or the Word -- as indicated in John’s Gospel: “In the beginning was the Word; and the Word was with God and the Word was God.” Out of the Word or this central primordial expression of life, all else was created. Again in John’s Gospel: “All things were made through this One.” In Cayce’s readings: “We have first the Son, then the other sons or celestial beings that are given their force and power.” Evil and the forces of what humanity has called the Devil developed as a result of rebellion against the flow of creation, the harmony of the original ideal that all life was to follow. Cayce puts it this way (note: the emphasis and parentheses are Cayce’s)
Edgar Cayce has been called the "sleeping prophet," the "father of holistic medicine," and the most documented psychic of the 20th century. For more than 40 years of his adult life, Cayce gave psychic "readings" to thousands of seekers while in an unconscious state, diagnosing illnesses and revealing lives lived in the past and prophecies yet to come.

went into some hard times
some years back
and the words in this tiny book
gave me a lot to reflect on, i admit .
as i waited for my own prospectives
to change.

Cayce was one of the first folks i found
to speak on energetics of sorts.
Books like "That"
were hard for me to get my hands on.
A friend, a temporary seelsorger,
my "brother", Dan from vermont
gave me a few dogeared copies.

They were secretly read,
like a young boy sneaking peaks
at some kind of bunny~rabbit magazine.
Hungrily devoured in a state of fear
and dread and an amazed wonder
that someone would write openly
about such things.

How many times I'd gotten my ass kicked
for just mentioning such things
or drawing a picture of what was seen.
And he was spelling it out for people
clear as day. I Knew he Was Crazy!
Get killed for talking about such things?

Just made me shake my head.
didn't know what to make of it!
Dan was the first person
i could talk openly about
such things with.
Showed me how to chase ants
and black flies with energy : )
he came from a deep and dark
sorta place by nature,
but was playing with love and light
when i had met him.
He's long since returned
to the "Darkside" of life.
I'll not see him again, i don't think,
but our connections are strong
and still there.

funny that a couple Edgar Cayce books
seemed like the breath of fresh air
to this child that felt buried alive .
the slightest glimpse of freedom.
so long ago.

Good inspiration, put positive input into your thoughts and life!
"Each entity is a part of the universal whole..."
"The purpose in life then,...is that the entity, the soul, may make the earth, where the entity finds its consciousness, a better place in which to live."
"(Experience) is spiritual and soul evolution of the entity, that it may be aware of its relationships to God --
"Each soul has a definite job to do..."
"Know thyself, then, to be as ...a facet, as a characteristic,...in the body of God.."
