I read this book a couple years ago and am rereading it now. It is a collection of excerpts from Edgar Cayce's psychic readings that contain both practical advice for things like health and what to eat and what to do with life and career advice to, to his philosophical and religious ideas. Some of what he said does not make much sense, such as his statement that tobacco in moderation was healthy, or that the carbonation of Coca Cola was harmful but flat Coca Cola was healthy, actually the carbonation is the least harmful part of the cola, but overall, a lot of what he said did make sense. He talked about how knowledge should be used for practical application, not just be useless information stored in memory, and he talked about how a person should seek to live a moral, and gave advice for healthy eating such as to eat salad and to eat fish, fowl, and lamb. Overall, despite its fault, I think it is a good book.

This book is my most precious possession.

The middle pages are falling out from how much my mom and I have used it over the last two decades. It's our little Bible we have turned to every time we needed comfort, spirituality, healing ideas, inspiration, or just peaceful time contemplating the beautiful ideas of Edgar Cayce.

I have it read it so many times, but I still come back again and again over the years, rediscovering the ideas in a new way each time.

It is so beautiful and special to us. Thank you so much to all who created this beautiful, healing book. The Cayce reading are so vast and overwhelming that it is very challenging to search through them manually. You have gifted the world with a wonderful way to reach Cayce and his wisdom!

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
