Under the Stars with You

Rate this book
Six months ago, Ty Sutherland dropped out of an online sex chat group. It was anonymous. No one knew their real identity. And it was a space where they could finally be themselves. Unfortunately, it was also a space where they fell in love with a woman whose name they promised to forget. Leslie Brandt would like to forget the online sex chat group she joined on a whim. In real life, she’s a successful realtor with a professional image to maintain. She’d never want anyone to know the kinky things she’s fantasized about—even if maybe she wishes some of those things could actually happen. When they bump into each other at an open house, Leslie thinks Ty is simply a vet student who’s obsessed with horses and only came to the open house for a free cookie—all of which is true. But when the rest of the truth comes out, neither Leslie nor Ty believes there’s a way forward. Sometimes believing in love is the first step. And sometimes it’s all about trusting the stars.

TryItOnce is an anonymous queer online sex chat group where you can explore your sexual fantasies. Veterinarian student Ty Sutherland explored their true self with realtor Leslie Brandt for months on this site. Leslie ended things abruptly after she mistakenly phoned Ty and neglected to block her name and phone number. Losing the safety of being anonymous was not something Leslie could handle even though she felt a true connection with Ty. They had feelings for Leslie as well. Six months later Ty walks into an open house on her street for the fresh cookies being offered and runs smack into Leslie Brandt.

Clevenger’s latest novel offers an insight into the exploration of kink-light fantasies as well as the search for non binary sexual gratification. And horses. Lots of horse stuff. I am impressed at seeing the plot angst being a communication breakdown rather than a lack of communication. Not being able to adequately voice our thoughts and feelings happens to most of us in intense moments. Seeing Ty and Leslie work their way through a major stumbling block was very gratifying.

Learning about horses and the unique horse - human bonding connection as well as horse endurance racing is fascinating to read. It is the perfect juxtaposition to the human storyline of establishing trust. But let us not sway too far from the main theme of the novel. Sex. And there is a lot of well written sex scenes. Almost an over abundance in a short time frame. I would have preferred it to be interspersed more evenly to be better appreciated.

Under the Stars with You is a clever and well written romance that I found very enjoyable to read and hope you do as well.

Anonymous online sex.

This book is about sexual intimacy and human connection and told through the story of two strangers who have a past together. Ty and Leslie were brought together by their mutual desire for anonymous online sexual encounters but after Leslie accidentally exposes her own identity, a knee jerk reaction causes her and Ty to lose contact with each other until such time when they get acquainted by chance in real life. This past between them is only told to readers and not experienced as the book is focused entirely on the present when they meet in real life. Despite the anonymous nature of their original relationship, Ty and Leslie have had feelings for each other and when they come to know each other in real life, they start exploring sexual intimacy with each other with relative ease. However both Ty and Leslie have issues of their own which prevents them from committing to each other romantically.

This story also explores different facets of Ty and Leslie, which I thought, makes them interesting characters outside the bedroom as well. Ty, for example, is a non-binary person trying to be comfortable with their own body and Leslie needs to learn to handle relationships better.

This story is not bad. Good pacing and the emotions and struggles that Ty and Leslie face, I thought, were portrayed pretty well. Plus there are horses too, which would be a bonus for people who like horses.

4.25 stars. When I read that this book is about two people meeting anonymously at an online sex chat group who later meet in real life by accident, I knew I was in for some steam. But there is more, Clevenger not only gives a steamy book, there is also excellent character development that provides balance and depth to the story and I enjoyed reading this book a great deal. And for those who like horses, you’ll be happy, there is a lot about caring for horses, endurance racing and gaining trust. I grew up with horses so this book brought me back to my happy place.

The book is set in the same world as “Over the Moon With You”, where one of the MCs of this book is already introduced, but it is perfectly readable as a standalone. It was nice to see Paige and Seren reappear as secondary characters in this book.

Those that are familiar with Clevenger’s books will know there is generally a butch-femme dynamic, this book is no exception and one of the two MCs, Ty, is nonbinary. I can’t say much about whether the representation is correct, but I liked them as a character. In a way they still were adjusting to some aspects of being nonbinary and it gave some interesting insights. Both Ty and Leslie are not perfect people and they deal with insecurities what made them feel natural. The mix of chemistry, sex, including some light kink, and dealing with insecurities worked very well. I liked how they communicate. It wasn’t always about the right topics but this suited their personalities and didn’t feel as a tool to force a dark moment. In fact, there is not really a dark moment which I appreciated.

This book is set mainly outdoors between the horses, it’s spicy, pretty low on angst and generally a fun and easy read, but it also touches upon some serious topics like mental health, body insecurities and general trust. An excellent read!

This is a story about Ty Sutherland and Leslie Brandt who meet in an online sex chat room. They each enjoy this anonymous way to meet people and soon become very attracted to each other. Both like that they can have their sexual fantasies come true. After months of meeting up they decide to break up.

Ty suffers from body image issues and has identified as non binary. She has grown up around horses and participated in horse endurance racing. Now she’s in vet school and struggling to make ends meet. Leslie is a realtor and work alcoholic. She’s also suffering from anxiety and depression.

Ty and Leslie accidentally met up months after their sex chat break up. They both are very attracted to each other in real life and try to continue their relationship but it’s difficult with their busy lives of working and studying.

Clevenger does another great job of meshing good sex scenes with honest emotion. The MCs are good at communicating and are able to work together to make their relationship work.

I liked the outdoor theme and all the focus on the horses and their personalities. People who like horses will enjoy this book.

Very interesting story. It is certainly full of a variety of elements. Anonymous online sex activity, horses and horsemanship, non-binary main character, kinky erotic experimental sex, and a 100 mile horse race......whew, that's alot of territory to cover.
And it works and it's an interesting page turner. I learned things about horses and how to handle them. I learned things about non-binary and how to handle them. Things I never considered. Not to mention the wild and kinky sex the two main characters get up to.
The two main characters are warm, sensitive and come with a lot of baggage. But they understand each other and grow together. We watch as their lust grows to need and love.

Ty and Leslie meet in an online chat group and have an intense connection. Things go array when Leslie’s identity is revealed. She freaks and cuts off contact. Feelings had developed for both so it was difficult for both to deal with.

The two meet in real life and that connection is just as strong but they both have issues that they need to work through if they’re going to make a relationship work.

This was an enjoyable read. I like both Ty and Leslie. Ty is nonbinary and hasn’t had the easiest time and isn’t fully comfortable with themselves physically. Leslie is an Uber focused realtor who hasn’t had much of a life lately. They come into each orders lives at the right time and the chemistry between the two is smokin!

This story addresses a relationship between a veterinary student, Ty, and a successful real estate agent, Leslie, who before meeting in person were in an online chat in which they had an anonymous sexual relationship that was abruptly cut short due to a slip that allowed Ty to know their anonymous lover's real name.

Shortly after, by chance, Ty and Leslie meet again at an open house that Leslie offers and which Ty attends forced by their cousin, Zoe. And Ty immediately connects Leslie with their secret lover, but Leslie doesn't.

A new coincidence makes Ty and Leslie meet at the ranch of Leslie's friends, Seren and Paige, and their daughter Olivia, which makes Ty decide to tell the truth about their secret relationship to Leslie. And Leslie, once she knows it, at first she can't believe it but then she sees the similarity between Ty and his internet lover evident, although reality surpasses what she imagined.

From here on, the relationship between Ty and Leslie deepens in every way, firstly in the sexual aspect, since Leslie seems to lose her inhibitions when she is with Ty and that seems perfect to them.

It has been a story very much in the author's style, which I particularly found interesting, like most of the ones I have read by them.

Under the stars is another well-written novel by Jaime Clevenger. This story follows two main characters who meet on an online sex chat group, but are brought together again later on, and both are still very attracted to one another. This book is full of sparks and feelings which are pouring out of the characters. Although it's a fantastic storyline, full of love, it does touches on subjects such as trust issues, body image issues and anxiety and depressive disorders.

All in all, a very entertaining read, I look forward to more books by Jaime Clevenger.

4 out of 5.

Slightly disappointing as JC is one of my ‘go to’ writers. Loved the characters of Ty & Leslie but, for me, too much (self described) ‘kinky’ sex.

I'm always surprised with Jaime Clevenger's skill to write sweet romances that pack the heat. Under the Stars with You fits this to a tee. Jaime Clevenger is definitely one of my favourite authors as they write great characters and their books always features sizzling chemistry. Under the Stars with You definitely brought both elements, but I particularly enjoyed the relationship development between Ty and Leslie due to both characters fragility. Leslie feels as though she has a lot of faults, and Ty is non-binary and worried about being fully accepted in their romantic relationships. The way they worked together to make their relationship work was lovely to read, and I enjoyed learning more about horses and endurance racing.

Another great novel by Jaime Clevenger.

Ty Sutherland (35) will soon be starting their second year of veterinary school. Leslie Brandt (39) is a workaholic, successful real estate agent. They both connected online in an anonymous sex chat group. Six months ago Ty accidentally learned Leslie’s name and they both dropped out. Ty meets Leslie at an open house and later when they meet again fesses up to their previous connection.

Leslie has a love and fear of horses and Ty offers to help her get comfortable with them. It gives them time to reconnect with each other. Just as Leslie has to earn the horses trust with patience and care she has to do the same with Ty. Identifying as non-binary Ty is still learning to love their body and Leslie is infinity careful with check ins and gentle promptings. Leslie shares her own past issues of depression and the help she received. Everything is discussed in very positive and open ways.

Clevenger always writes good intimacy scenes and this is no exception. Leslie’s best friends are Paige and Seren from the author’s Over the Moon With You (June 2022). It is at their ranch where they are doing the horse training. This book can absolutely be read as a stand alone but I went back thinking I’d glance and see how much Leslie was in the previous book. I enjoy the author so much I ended up reading the entire book again. I like the previous MCs and they appear in this story and I wish they were there a little more especially at the end.

One minor thing, a couple of times there is a suggestion that Leslie lease her friends horse. I wish this was explained. I only know the term because my next door neighbors have horses and teach riding. I don’t think non horse people will understand the meaning or benefit.

This is spicy, low angst romance with solid characters. I thought the more serious topics were handled honestly and with care. And if you are a horse person you’re going to want to add an extra star. Thank you to NetGalley and Bella Books for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.

In Clevenger's latest novel, "Under the Stars with You," we meet Leslie, who is the best friend of Seren from "Over the Moon with You." Although I recommend reading "Over the Moon with You" first, it's not necessary as both books can stand alone. Personally, I enjoy cameos of characters from other books and watching their relationships progress.

Leslie and Ty first meet at an open house where Ty is brought by their cousin for free cookies. Ty develops a small crush on Leslie, who is the real estate agent. It's not until they see each other again at Seren and Paige's farm that Ty learns Leslie's full name and realizes that she is the woman they fell for during an online sex chat. Leslie is initially hesitant once she discovers the truth, but their attraction is too strong to ignore. They hook up and slowly get to know each other in real life.

Clevenger leaves the interactions online quite vague, allowing the reader to imagine what kind of kink they may have gotten into, only alluding to certain things along the way. The romance is woven through Leslie's introduction to Ty's world of horses. Leslie has always loved animals, but a fear of them was instilled in her from an early age. Ty's mission is to open Leslie's heart to how gentle and loving horses can be. As a non-binary person, Ty's experiences play a significant role in their character development and are portrayed in a way that allows the reader to understand why Ty acts or reacts in certain situations.

To me, it seems that Clevenger is expressing how important human connection is, but also how the bond that can occur between a horse and its person can be just as intense and fulfilling. The story is deeply touching and has its steamy moments, but the low angst keeps it flowing and light. It's a great book that shouldn’t be missed.

Under the Stars With You is another excellent, must read novel by Jaime Clevenger. Of course, we can say that for all of the author’s works, but this one is really special.

One of the most important elements of this story is the character development. Both Leslie and Ty are very human…very real. They are good people, but aren’t perfect. They have problems, fears, and quirks just like all of us do. Ty is a nonbinary character, and I admire how Ms. Clevenger has treated them in the tale.

The story of how these two meet and eventually fall in love is quite intriguing as well as a bit unusual. The sex/love scenes are hot, but again, I expect nothing less from this author.

The setting and some of the characters seemed familiar to me, and it didn’t take me long to realize this story is in the same universe as Ms. Clevenger’s novel, Over the Moon With You. In fact, Paige and Seren, the main characters in that book are two important secondary characters in this one. One of the main settings in this novel is the farm that Paige and Seren bought at the end of their tale. Don’t worry though. Both of these books can easily be read as standalone novels.

I really enjoyed reading Under the Stars With You. It gave me the chance to catch up with a couple I’d loved in another book and fall for a new couple in this one.

Well my quest to find contemporary f/f romance I actually enjoy continues to go nowhere. I thought this one had an interesting premise - the MCs were anonymously sexting after meeting via a queer kink app/chat room, but then one called the other… and caller ID listed her full name. When she found out, she basically panicked and cut all contact… until, of course, the two of them run into each other IRL. Some fun potential for drama there, right? Honestly if contemporary romance is your vibe, you will probably love this book.

However…. clearly it’s on me for not reading the synopsis thoroughly enough because this book has two of my biggest contemporary romance pet peeves. :(

First, I frankly should have seen the reference to Ty being a vet student who loves horses and immediately known the book would have a TON of boring scenes of them taking care of animals. I’m trying to think of a polite way to say this… I don’t care about your animal characters!! If I wanted to read long passages about people performing farm chores… well, I don’t ever want that lol. But if I did, it would only work because the author really put in the effort to make the animals fully fleshed-out characters in their own right!

Actually I think animal characters are a lot like child characters - it’s clear some authors think they are cute if they simply exist on-page. Or maybe they assume that they love EVERY child/horse/chicken/whatever so the reader will too? And there are absolutely some readers who are that way. But as someone with the pretty firm stance that much like adults, some kids/pets suck sometimes, just including them in the scene isn’t enough. They still have to be written well! (Actually I guess a comparison might be War Games by Daniel May, which I just read - not a perfect book, but there was (murder) horse content that I enjoyed, and I think the key was that the scenes with the horses, and I’m thinking especially of the one when the MC’s personal horse is born, are really resonant. The horses aren’t just there for a cute (or murdery) backdrop - they’re there because they have emotional significance to the characters and relevance to the plot.) For me, this book just didn’t have that. (Now having said that…. ironically I will say that from what I read, I DID actually enjoy the child character lol. Because she had emotional significance to the characters and relevance to the plot in every scene she was in.)

And second… so yeah it’s uptight femme realtor and chill androgynous nonbinary vet tech. I just hate this particular type of rom com dynamic. I understand it’s a classic but it’s just absolutely not my particular vibe. Idk like I think objectively? It’s written very well so far. I enjoyed the running gag about Leslie having the worst day ever, her complaining about the Jeep’s driving and then realizing it’s Ty’s Jeep is a classic awkward moment for a reason and is executed very well, and the way Leslie rose to the challenge to shimmy in that window was funny and a great, organic way to have her impress Ty and show that she’s not *always* brittle and negative.

But you know what, I felt like I read a bunch this book and then was like “okay great, the initial source of tension is resolved and I’ve about reached the limits of my tolerance for these tropes, this will get wrapped up quickly from here right?” And then saw I was only 24% in. I guess all I can say is - if you like this kind of thing, I think you will like this! However, I don’t, and I do not haha.

Hot riding under the stars
Jaime Clevenger, a veterinarian herself, has obviously vowed to bring us hot stories right from the barn and Under The Stars With You is steaming hot. Although there are a lot of hot scenes in this romance there is a lot of slow burn as well - at least at the start - and a lot of vulnerability shown by both main characters. I loved the second chance vibe because before meeting in reality both main characters met online - this is a fun twist on the trope.
The vulnerability and healing is where this story goes deeper than just hot and steamy: Ty, a veterinary student, is nonbinary, androgynous with a strong emphasis on the „andro“-part and even after top-surgery struggles to accept herself and her body. The mega-successful Leslie has their own issues going on. It takes time with each other and the horses which play a major role to start some healing and opening them up to more than sex.
About those horses: They are stabled at a barn where both characters meet accidentally and we get quite a lot of lovely scenes with horses where the wounded skittish horse is bonding at the same time that the humans involved are building up trust as well. I esp. loved the vivid descriptions of the landscape and woods evoked by the author.
For those who read „Over The Moon With You“ which brought to us the story of Seren and Paige - the barn mentioned above is set on their farm and we get to meet them again in quite a few scenes. Zoe is another lovely secondary character who shows us the power of healing brought about by interacting with horses.
If you are willing to go along with the flow and those horses there is a complex and at the same time hot romance waiting for you.

This author is very quickly becoming a favorite! I quite enjoy how each story, this one included, is unique and stimulating. There is so much honesty and open communication even when some things are held back, it doesn’t feel forced or fall flat. Ty and Leslie sizzle together in their steamy scenes and really whenever they are together. They flow so well that as a reader, I wanted to tell them both to just get it together, and they listened lol. I loved these characters as well as hearing from previous characters in the last book. Well done!! Highly recommend!!

If you don't love horses, like a lot, this one is not for you. Because this book is as much about horses as about 2 people falling in love. Way too much horse for me. If I had known, I wouldn't have picked this book. When I was half way in, I really got tired of all the horses stuff. But still I wanted to know how the story was going, so I kept reading.

The story was very slow burn which I didn't understand. Why pay so much effort resisting each other while both wanting not to? About over a hundred pages they are telling each other they want to kiss. But they don't. Why???? Instead they talk a little more about horses or walk with them. About halfway in they finally let go. But just when you think it's finally going to get steamy, the horses get attention again. After some steam they're back to resisting each other. Why oh why?? I just don't get it. It's two people who had online sex for months, finally meet and like each other even better in real life. There's chemistry and wanting and liking, but they don't jump each other and instead restrain. Why? It made me anoyingly itchy. In the end it even took me some effort to finish.

Ty and Leslie met online in a sex chat group exploring some light kink. And then Leslie accidentally revealed her real identity and cut all contact. When they meet in real life they start off un-balanced as one knows more about the other. As the book progresses the 2 MC try to work through their apparent lack of time for any kind of romantic relationship, the obvious attraction both past and present and everything in between.
Clevenger’s latest also features horses. Lots and lots of horses. A good read that was worth the time invested.

I really enjoyed this book. It’s my first from this author but I will definitely be checking out the other book in this series. They are set in the same place and have recurring characters but each book focuses on a different couple. The descriptions were beautifully done and I felt like I was there with them. I also adored the horsey element, especially the endurance side. Definitely recommend if you are an animal lover.

Ty and Leslie are both such lovable characters and they both felt extremely human and well rounded. It’s a cute romance with some added spice. However, the vulnerability of the two made it so much deeper and it was so nice to see a couple that actually communicated. I loved the healing element of both horse and human. I also really liked the diverse representation, especially with regards to mental health issues. I’m going to need a book with Zoe now though because I love her character so much.

Ty and Leslie meet online and anonymously share their kinky desires but Leslie breaks it off when her real identity is accidentally revealed. Both are left a bit heartbroken over the loss of a connection that felt a little too deep to be an internet only relationship but bounce back. When they meet in person after finding out they have some friends in common it turns out they have even more chemistry in person than they did online but both also have some major roadblocks making a real relationship impossible.
This takes place in the same world as Over the Moon With You and involves one of the side characters I really had wanted more of so I was very happy to realize Leslie was getting her own story. I still really liked her here and the few scenes with Paige and Seren were very welcomed. Ty is nonbinary and it was interesting to read a book with such a different perspective. I like how Clevenger tackled Ty's issues, it felt very authentic, though I am no expert on this subject. Leslie and Ty's cousin Zoey also shares some struggles with mental health and it was nice to see that discussed openly, though briefly.
The chemistry between Ty and Leslie is amazing and they shares some pretty spicy scenes together but also seem to take care with each other, I really liked seeing their relationship develop. The character development as a whole was solidly written and these two MCs come off as very authentic with human flaws and all. In the last book we saw a lot of cows but this one is centered around horses and I think anyone who likes them would really enjoy this book.
I think this is more like 4.5 stars for me and the only thing holding me back from 5 is that I don't have a burning urge to read it again right away, though I can see myself picking it up again the future. It is really well done and these kinds of books will keep me reading Clevenger's books in the future. I highly recommend spending your time reading this one though, it is definitely worth it.

“You’re my forever person.”

Ty and Leslie met in an anonymous online sex group and quickly developed an intense emotional and sexual connection, that is until Leslie abruptly severed all ties when her anonymity was lost after calling Ty from her personal number and all her details popped up.

Now, this all happens before the book starts, I think this is part of why I took a while to connect with them, I kind of feel a little cheated we missed their first meeting and didn’t get to watch their feelings for each other develop for the first time.

After a chance encounter months later, they come together in person. All of their feeling and desires are unleashed and they slip into a very easy sexual relationship, that obviously morphs into something much more as you watch them deal with and overcome their own personal issues from body image to mental health.

I feel I have to mention this. If you’re not hugely interested in horses, you may get a little over all the horsey talk and care, but I for one loved every moment of it. Ty gives Leslie lessons with the horses to help her overcome her fear of them. But IMO, it also solidifies their connection, teaching them trust, patience, communication, and understanding.

Full transparency, I kind of struggled with this one a little. It is a bit slow going for the first 40% ish. Just hang in there, I promise it is worth the wait. I mean come on, it’s a JayClev book ❤️

Leslie and Ty met each other online and had a relationship of sorts. Now when they meet in real life they have to reconcile with what has already passed between them and whether they can move beyond what they had online and build a true relationship.

Now this was a really interesting place to start the story from, the main characters had already had a deep emotional connection while they were online and had in “theory” already done the hot and heavy ☺️. The first part of the book had me curious about how they would find out about each other and proved to be really fun and interesting.
These charachters are not without their issues and so even though there’s a lot to unpack for the MCs about their feelings, Clevenger does a really good job moving the story along with some really humorous story telling to keep it light.

I loved Ty’s character being non-binary and the sensitivity through which their backstory is revealed was really well done. This is set in the same world as “Over the Moon with You” and it was nice to see Paige and Seren make an appearance.

As usual Clevenger never disappoints in the 🔥🔥🔥 department and with the simmering tension between the two MCs, there is a release valve in the second half of the book.

Overall this was a relatively low angst read and with various sub plots / story arcs, really made for an enjoyable read.

When Ty Sutherland and Leslie Brandt joined an online sex chat group, neither thought the chances of meeting in real life were slim, right. But when things got a little heated for the pair they decided to meet up in a private phone call things got a little out of hand. Not thinking Leslie called using her own phone her phone number would show on Ty’s phone. Leslie, for some reason, blamed Ty for the mistake.
Now Leslie, a realtor, was getting a house to show, not knowing it was in Ty’s neighbor. It’s not until Ty goes with their cousin Zoe, mainly to get free cookies, to view the house. Leslie doesn’t realize Ty was her online lover.
Leslie would like to be in a relationship but Ty doesn’t want anything like that. She’s too busy for romance, besides they didn’t know the first thing about relationships or romance. Through a series of misunderstandings and many hoops to jump through they think they might be able to become friends but????
With lots of action this turned into a pretty good read. Characters, both main and supporting cast were each given a fair share of the plot making this a very enjoyable read.

I was happy to see the MC’s Page and Seren from Over the Moon with You in this one. Ty and Leslie both dropped out of a anonymous online sex chat when things between them got to be too much when Ty wanted to find out who his woman was. Ty is a 1st year vet student and Leslie is a successful Real Estate agent. There is an open house next door and Ty’s cousin Zoe wants to go so Ty tags along. Ty meets the Leslie and realizes who she is and can’t wait to get out of the house. Seren and Leslie have been nest friends forever so when Page’s Mom is in the hospital, she asks Leslie to take care of the baby. Page asks Ty to take care of the farm while their gone so Ty and Leslie meet again, Working the farm together they get to know each other and start a friendship until Ty can’t lie to Seren anymore and tells her who she is. The memories of what they did online brings them closer, and they start living out their fantasies. Leslie finds out Ty is Trans and that intrigues her. Jamie Clevenger writes good intimacy scenes. The scenes were hot and chemistry off the charts but always very attentive to Ty’s wants, needs and boundaries as a Trans guy. Excellent read.

This story pulled me in from the start as the MC's were very endearing and had their flaws. Despite the flaws they try to be their best selves and think of other people and their responsibilities. Maybe even a bit too much.

Leslie and Ty have great chemistry and their past online (sex) life helps them rediscover each other in real life and outside of their fantasies.

I did not know what I was expecting when starting to read this book but it definitely went above and beyond to fullfil my expectations. Next to the sexy times, and there were plenty some, there was also great dialogue, internal monologue and great scenes with side characters.

It's part of a series and this is book two but can be read as a standalone as I have not read part 1 myself and had to problems following the story.

Ty Sutherland is a first year veterinarian student looking to find comfort as they explore their true self. Leslie Brandt, successful realtor, looking to get her freak on. Both women sign-up for an online sex group and by circumstances beyond their control, they meet in person. Well, Ty's cousin Zoe wants a cookie and the open house next door is providing fresh baked ones and Leslie is the realtor. As Leslie and Ty try and figure out what they want to do next, Zoe is preparing for Tevis, an endurance race and Ty is her crew boss. All the horse talk and nonbinary sexual gratification was very well written and I learned quite alot which in my opinion is a good thing. It is one of the reasons I read. Enjoyable read.

A lovely romance

Leslie is a workaholic realtor with a sideline in cookies and Ty is a veterinary student with too many jobs. When they meet, Ty realises Leslie is the person they fell in love with in an online sex chat room.
I loved the development of the characters as we found out more about their wounds and their insecurities, making you want to root for their happy ever after. It also reminded me of how much I love horses.
If you want a sweet - but not simple - romance with loveable main characters and a strong four legged supporting cast, I would highly recommend this book.
