I randomly bought this a year or so ago and was not ready for it when i bought it. it's all about how to cook for your family in a truly healthy way. it advocates buying organics when you can and really feeding your family real food. i thought it was so weird when i first bought it and now i think it's a godsend. i highly recommend it.
