Seems like this is the first volume after the Tokyopop run because the numbering is different. Besides that it’s a complete snooze fest, the first race flies by and then the rest of the volume builds up the second race and then they start. I hate that they keep trying to say the opponents are big deals when they don’t feel like it at all. Literally no aura to the antagonists this time around except they feel like frat boys who’ve gone passed their peak.
