For features and concepts, new features, and how to write, refer to chapter 1 Basic knowledge of HTML5 and Basic knowledge of CSS3. In the reference described in Chapter 2, each item is divided into functional categories, and a set of basic form, commentary, example source code, example display screen, support table of each browser, and the like are recorded. The HTML5 and CSS3 references are basically the same format, but some have been changed to make it easier for readers to understand.
