The artists ability to sharpen the emotional lines of adolescent girls leads to sympathy for all the readers who are interested in dating, even in [Forever].
(Note: I didn’t read the Korean version but the English version isn’t available on Goodreads) I read this book during my Hawai’i trip for a light romance novel to read in the beach. And it was just that. It wasn’t amazingly written but it was really easy to get through. It was also relatable because the protagonist is a girl in her senior year of high school with friendship struggles and relationship problems. Overall it was a fun read.
I have never read Judy Bloom and I really enjoyed this. The author cleverly sets up à plot that you thought would end one way but it actually doesn't and I am glad.
bloom is know for writing for YA i think and this book has a story but also something to think about.
I didn’t read it in Korean but the English isn’t an option on Goodreads. It was really good and easy to get through I read it in a couple hours so great for on the beach. It’s for a teenagers perspective and is written in a way that isn’t uncomfortable for the reader. Overall a good book.
This is a good book for YA who are exploring the idea of being in love, prepping and engaging in sexual activity, first loves, etc. It's also a good read for parents who need to have "the talk" with their children and ways for them to provide information.
I read the English version and found that it was an easy read. I wanted to read the book before watching the upcoming show on Netflix to compare the two.
