Being the head Crime Scene Investigator for the Chicago Police Department has its good and bad points but when a bank robbery turns to homicide and bodies are left in a park in which IAN LONGSTEAD frequents every morning for his morning exercise, Ian must put all the facts together and find the people responsible. Fortunately or unfortunately, a series of Karma induced events bring the only living member from the bank robbery and a man in search of revenge to Ian's doorstep. Kurt Dyer, Jr. was born in Brunswick, Maine and raised in Oklahoma. He began writing his Sophomore year in High School with poetry and short stories. He returned to Maine in June of 2001 and picked up his writing again. In July of 2003, he met his wife, Sarah, and married her in April 2005. They reside now in Rockland, Maine where Kurt works as a Correctional Officer at the Maine State Prison and Sarah is a teacher in Waldoboro.
