This is a good, basic primer on needlepoint. The author carefully diagrams about 100 classic needlepoint patterns in a way that is easy to see and understand how to stitch. Nice color photos every section that shows her carefully stitched samples. There are no projects in this book other than concentrating on samplers of each pattern. This is a great book if you are interested in learning to stitch some of the more traditional needlepoint patterns and make a sampler.
