Travel to historic Georgia where life is an extreme challenge for three resolute women. Hollan is determined to take over her missing father’s job as lighthouse keeper—even if it means marrying Jacob, the man who once deserted her. Lydia is beaten and left for dead. Can she find a true refuge in the home and arms of a gambler named Shane? Belle has given up her life as an outlaw. Is Duncan, a man with his own shady past, the proper escort to take her and her sister back home? Can love come to fruition amid these adversities?
The first story in this book drug out for me. I felt like it could have wrapped up sooner, and I got bored with it. The other two stories, however, I really enjoyed. Both had interesting plots and great characters.
Georgia Brides was a very satisfying book. I enjoyed it a lot. My favorite story in this Collection was the "Reluctant Outlaw". I enjoyed the author's way of expressing feelings and actions.
