This is for very beginners, if you have spend one year gardening you might not see a use for this book.

I would have liked a bit more about plants that are native to Southern Ontario or something along those lines. But beginners that would rather read a book and not youtube would like this.

Frankie Flowers gives very good practical advice for starting a garden, choosing plants with easy instructions and pictures.

A good down to earth guide to basic gardening in Canada. I would have given 5 stars except for product placement in the photographs.

Quite a good guide. This book is broken into the different seasons and in each of those sections it's broken into lawn, flower garden and vegetable garden with lists and suggestions for each.
