Rate this book
Richie Preston is 27 years old and still lives in his parents' house, still works at a dead end job, lost his great love, still hasn't really begun his life. One day the fates smile on him and give him the opportunity to start over, to go back to being 17 and about to start his senior year of high school, only this time with all the memories of what he did wrong the first time. All he has to do is not interfere with anyone else's life. It sounds like a great deal, but living up to his end of the bargain turns out to be harder than Richie ever imagined. If you had the chance, would you make the choice?

A nice little story (somewhere between a short story and novella in length), told in a charming aw-shucks Joe Average narrative voice, Do Over! plays with some of the same ideas as stuff like the film Peggy Sue Got Married and other "if I knew then what I know now" stories but has a unique and heartwarming twist at the end. A very good read indeed.

Wow, 5 Stars. I really liked this story a lot. It was cool living vicariously through Rick as he made his way through his second chance. I loved the ending too; great message. An inspiring story, I'm really glad I read it. Thank you Mr. Kirvin.

A good, enjoyable, quick read. If you like time travel books like The Man Who Folded Himself, Up the Line, etc then you'll enjoy this book.

very disappointed. Had it on my to-read list for a long time. The basic plot was interesting but the book was short in length and quality.
