4* i need your love STARS!!
Maybe this is my 3rd time? I don't remember but I really liked it. The first time I read and I haven't got the chance to review. Sierra Cartwright always on my TOP LIST for BDSM books. Always safe, sane and consensual.
Sarah Lovett left her love/Dominant when she saw the collar for two years. She realize her mistakes and asked her friend, Julien Bonds for help. Reece McRae couldn't believe his eyes when he saw the woman who ran without explanation. But when Sarah submitted again for Reece, he didn't easily accept her. Sarah needs to gain his trust with their play as a D/s couple.
What can I say is both MCs aren't easy to love.Neither Sarah and Reece are perfect. Sarah wasn't thinking clearly. A natural instinct but her mistake is Sarah didn't discuss it with her Dom, Reece. Aside that, I enjoyed Sarah. She's a fighter, smart and responsible. Also she's enjoyable as a submissive.
Everyone has flaws. D/s always about trust and Sarah left him. Reece with his ego as a Dominant couldn't forget her. Sarah described Reece as a 'strict' cold man and yes, he is. I think he's a good Dom but to lost in his own world. Communication, people. That's the cause of Sarah's disappear from him.
The story is about second chance. It was rare to read a woman seek forgiveness and I actually liked it. Anyway, I enjoyed their togetherness in vanilla moment or BDSM scenes. Intense, HOT and somehow romantic. No matter how much Reece deny his needs for Sarah, he just couldn't forget her. They're really meant for each other. I loved all of them, especially Bonds and friends. Superb writing as expected from Ms. Cartwright. Nicely flowed with witty banter. Overall, I wouldn't mind to read it again ;)

There are always two sides to a story. What is the most precious gift of devotion to one is a frightening dehumanizing chain. How can a couple so in love arrive at such different conclusions about the same object? In Crave, Sarah makes a terrible mistake. Frightened by something she found in her lover's drawers, she flees in a panic. After her time without Reece, she comes to realize he is the only one who satisfy her sexual submissive cravings. Taking a bit step to right her wrong, Sarah crawls back on hands and knees to beg for forgiveness.
This story is interesting in that the bad guy is a woman, not a man. She's the cruel heartless one who shatters a devoted lover's heart. She is also the one who must beg for another chance to regain what she discarded in haste and fear. Ms. Cartwright's twist in the usual theme is different and quite enjoyable. For those who understand the musings and needs of a submissive, this story makes so much sense. Even with how Reece makes her pay for leaving him, it still feels right. It's as if his punishment will atone her behaviour and perhaps they can start again. The way Ms. Cartwright pens this story, it generates quite the submissive feelings in a reader who leans towards submission.
The BDSM in this story is good. This is a lovely blend of D/s and SM. The flogging, caning and spanking are all frightfully enticing. The struggle Sarah must endure to pay for her sins almost makes a reader pity her. She doesn't want pity or sympathy. She wants Reece to see her growth and ability to handle his intense desires. The relationship is a good show of how two people can resolve their differences through shared experiences and forgiveness. Reece is a lovely man who could take Sarah in for a ride and leave her all alone. He doesn't. What he does do is learn how his actions despite his best intentions caused a grievous misunderstanding. Ms. Cartwright balances both character's flaws and shows how no one is right or wrong. It's more complicated than just a person being the "bad" one. It's nice to see both sides of the story create a complete picture. This kinky story is recommended to those who love happily ever afters.

“How brave are you now?”
What do you do when you realise you may possibly have made a huge mistake and how do you rectify it? How do you even justify your hurtful actions? What do you do when purposely faced with a face of the past you’ve never been able to forget and realise you never will?
‘No real man could live up to what she remembered. No one was that perfect.’
Crave is the story of Reece and Sarah who went through an extremely emotional separation; each for different reasons. One an instigator one a victim. They had the most perfect relationship on paper. Both so very much in love with each other; though each moving at a different pace in comparison. The pace interrupted by an unspoken misunderstanding and fear of a firm statement of ownership.
“I wasn’t as strong as I am now. You would have consumed me, Reece.”
However, was it a mistake – the actual decision? I’m not sure as I think overall it played a positive for Reece and Sarah’s relationship in the long run. I don’t agree with the way in which it was carried out though. It was definitely an extremely hurtful ‘mistake’ and my heart bled for Reece.
‘Back then she’d been so focused on protecting herself that she hadn’t considered how her reactions would devastate him.’
Reece is extremely measured with a powerful demeanour. He keeps himself in check and exudes control. At times I felt his actions came across as almost too clinical and cold however; on the whole this man’s intensity with which he loves despite having his heart pretty much ripped out of his body was quite beautiful and all-consuming. I fell under this man’s spell and completely understood Sarah’s inability to fully let him go.
‘This man was harsher, feelings and reactions buried beneath the hurt.’
Sarah loves Reece; the way he loves, his intelligence and working friendship, his sexual dominance in their D/s relationship. The sexual chemistry between these two is off the charts hot. Sarah knows she may have made a mistake and she’s intent on facing Reece after two years to somehow expel him from her heart and mind. She’s never forgotten; Sarah needs closure. Will one weekend with the man she still loves give her this closure? Will she be able to walk away and try once more to get on with her life? In return will Reece? In theory it’s all good but once faced with the reality of their fierce attraction, the love that still resides in their hearts; that’s quite a big ask.

It was extremely refreshing to read a story of a woman trying to protect her identity and voice in the face of an all-encompassing love. Whilst she tore Reece’s heart and future apart with two years of silence; I believe she made the right choice and I understand the why’s. The underlying themes of trust and communication proving once more the vital role they play in any relationship.
At times I did struggle with connecting emotionally as we were there for the ‘afters’ so to speak. I wonder if I’d have experienced more of Reece’s initial pain and confusion through a flashback rather than being told, would I have related more to his cold and business like attitude and testing ways? Saying that though; his friends did paint quite a picture and I have to say I fell in love with their funny and cheeky ways as well as their obvious protection of Reece.
“What makes you think I’ll help you destroy my friend again?”
I can’t wait to continue with this series to get the stories of Kennedy and Julien. Especially Julien who I grew quite a soft spot for; actually I already LOVE him!!
This was my first time spent with Sierra Cartwright and I have to say I fell in love with her writing. It was flawless, classy and evocative. There was a brilliant blend of drama, humour, sensuality and passion. I can definitely recommend this story of second chances; of revelations and working through misunderstandings. Also; it’s damn hot….who can say no to that, right?

A new series from Sierra Cartwright! I was so excited about this book, ran out and bought at the "early release" and devoured it in a day! Pretty much the same way I do all of Ms. Cartwright's books!
I fell in love with the characters right away, immediate connection. Not just the main characters either.
Julien - I really liked how he was true and protective of his friend, Reese, when Sarah wanted him to help her get back with him for just one night. Julien was one tough cookie with a lot of pull! Seems the man could make anything happen!
Reese - Sarah left him 2 years ago, just disappeared out of his life. Left him hurt, disbelieving, sad, mad, and finally "over it", or so he tried to make himself believe. Then after all that time, there was Sarah back in his life, but for how long?
Sarah - For the last 2 years since she ran away from Reese, because of a collar she found in his drawer, she hasn't been able to forget him, no matter how much she tred. No other man compared. She thinks that if she has just one night with Reese, as a submissive that she'll be able to move on.
One night turns into two, three, four.. well you get the idea.
This book was sad when you were given glimpses into the souls of these two people, Reese and Sarah. You rooted for them from the start. They were great together, they made me laugh at some of the things they said. Their relationship was believable. Everything was plausible and believable and I was swept up in the story from the beginning. I'm looking forward to the next in this series.

I liked the story. The idea of that, almost, no bondries weekend was great. I loved Reece from the start, Sarah wasn't bad but there was something that held me back.
The reason why I didn't give it a 4.5* was because we never found out WHY Sarah felt she was loosing herself or why she thought Reece wouldn't understand and talk with her. She just ran and left the poor dude panicking thinking that something happened to her. That lowered the rating 1* for me. I absolutely hate it when couple doesn't have an open communication, especially when shoved so blatantly in my face.
I can't wait to see the stories of Reece's other 3 friends *hint, hint*

I do so enjoy reading spicy romance with a sexy story and engaging characters. In Crave, Cartwright crafted a story that was very sexy, but drew you into not for its sexiness alone but for the compelling story unfolding between the characters. Reece and Sarah were completely likeable and you just wanted to see them happy together.
Two years after fleeing her life with Reece, a stronger and more confident Sarah wants to gain closure and expunge him from her thoughts. But Reece isn't in so much of a forgiving mood. Sarah's departure stole the love of his life and eviscerated his heart. The Reece Sarah encounters now is far less open than the warm and loving man she left behind. But Sarah is desperate. She wants one weekend with Reece to gain closure so she can move on with her life. Reece agrees but he makes it painfully clear that he will exact some sexy revenge on Sarah, but that she will never gain his forgiveness. Little do either of them recognize that their best laid plans are about to be blown to bits. The fiery passion between them is as strong as it ever was and they both discover that their hearts are still as intertwined too. But finding their forever still requires them to deal with the sins of their past.
This story contained BDSM elements but they did not overwhelm the story and they were tastefully throughout it to entice and thrill. You can't help but to fan your face a time or nine while reading this one. I love the world that Cartwright has created with Julien Bonds being the nexus of the series. Book 2, Claim, is already downloaded and ready to read!

Two years ago Sarah was living with Reece in a D/s relationship. They were happy, and had talked about getting married. Then she found the collar. Scared of being turned into Reece's slave, she left. No "goodbye," no note, just left.
She still thinks it was the sensible thing to do, but she still isn't over him. So she decides to try one last night with him; hopefully get some closure.
Reece is heartbroken. He has no idea why Sarah disappeared from him. Imagine his surprise when he finds her in a playroom, with a custom St. Andrews cross and his personal toy bag. Clearly she's had some help.
But, one scene isn't enough. Reece and Sarah decide to spend the weekend together. They discover that they didn't previously understand each other as well as they thought.
To me, this book was about so much more than D/s and rekindling a romance. It was about two of the most important things in any relationship: communication and trust. No one is a mind reader, and to have a successful relationship, you have to set assumptions aside and communicate with each other, trust your partner to hear you and take care of you.
I really like these characters. They have full dimension and depth, real concerns and real misunderstandings. They connect so well, and Reece as a Dom is just hot.
The supporting characters are enticing, too. I can't wait to see Julien, Grant and Kennedy's stories.

This book was very good. It was an intense love story that sucked me in and held on to me until the very end. All the characters were interesting and some quirky. However, Reece and Sarah from beginning to end I was rooting for them to find their way back to each other. The question was never did they belong together it was always can they find a way to live with a love so intense that it can only exist with the other. Can they find forgiveness in a situation that has both of them scared.
The dialogue was great the characters entertaining. The situations realistic if not a little to perfect. The book has a great pace that kept me entertained, and interested. This book works, the characters work, the pace everything about it just works. I laughed a few times and even teared up a few times.
If we could all find a love and devotion that inspires a couple to: "want each others unfettered commitment to each other. To keep talking even if you think your partner is not listening. To keep trying as hard as your partner to make it work. To talk about things when they become to difficult. To offer devotion, love, and commitment to each other. To put your partner first and to pay attention to their fears and to seek a solution that works for both." Not an exact quote but definitely a recap of Sierra Cartwright's words. Definitely words to inspire a great relationship.

To put your partner first and to pay attention to their fears and to seek a solution that works for both." Not an exact quote but definitely a recap of Sierra Cartwright's words. Definitely words to inspire a great relationship.

This is a story of lost love and regret. A submissive who wasn't really sure of what she wanted from her Dom, and then when she finds she can't get over him, she returns hoping that one night will help her get over him....like this was ever likely to succeed.
I didn't like how I felt she disrespected him, constantly challenging him. To me this is not a true subs nature. She's supposed to go along with what he requests, there's a clue in the title submissive. I felt this character was too strong willed to be a true sub, which was possibly the problem with the relationship.
For me the ending was far too predictable..hearts and flowers, oh please. I so want to say, please pass me a bucket.
I love the HEA, but this for me came too fast after such heart ache, and the years of pain.

Now THAT, ladies and gents, is how it should be done. Read the opening passage of Crave and you'll find an author who can write the hell out of story. Wow. Sierra Cartwright got me at "hello." (Always does). From there, she presented a heart-wrenching portrayal of a submissive woman earning forgiveness for her past sins. Yup, the bad guy isn't the guy in this one (although some may see Reese as such after what he extracts from Sarah). With the possible exception of the ending, there are no rose colored glasses on this glimpse into BDSM psychology. If you're looking for romanticized BDSM a la FSOG, this is not the book for you.

**Caution: Long review ahead!!**
I've heard lots about this author and these books over the last year or so. And you know me, I can only go so long hearing good things about a book before I have to go out and get it! So I went out and purchased this and the following two books in this series. I didn't love this one but I think I'm going to like this series overall.
I feel like I say this a lot but most of the reason I didn't love this book was because of the heroine. My problem with her was the same as what the hero's problem was - her running away two years ago. I sort of feel like a dick because the whole point of the book is Sarah trying to atone for her mistake and trying to work through some things. And here I am, hating on her for trying to make it better, you know? Well, I call bullshit. She said numerous times that she just wanted to see if she could get him out of her system. Her way of doing that? Having sex and having a BDSM scene. Where? Oh the hero's college pal's birthday party weekend on a private island, to which she was NOT originally invited due to her aforementioned douchebaggery. How'd she get there? Oh she bugged the birthday boy until he relented and then she made the birthday boy get into the hero's house and rummage through his stuff and...it's a whole thing. Point is: Wow, she sounds like suuuuuch a treasure. Ugh. Anyway, I've really gone off the rails here. The thing is that she ran away without saying anything. From the man she loved who loved her too. Just disappeared one day. She's lucky she didn't get in trouble with the law for something. She didn't talk to him about her fears though and her excuses for why she didn't made absolutely no sense to me. She was scared to talk to him. Aaaaaaand??!? Talking is scary. But that's what adults do. I felt like she expected to be able to waltz back into his life and get what she needed and bug out. Like she had a right to ask for these things. And I don't think she did. I didn't like her at the start and I never warmed up to her.
The hero, Reece, was pretty decent. He seemed like a very tough but fair Dom. I would guess that he loved pushing Sarah's boundaries and wouldn't let her chicken out. I couldn't imagine what he went through when Sarah disappeared because I thought he felt like I guy who had deep emotions that he didn't always show. Not for any tragic reason though. I would think that it would be because he felt that he showed his feelings through his actions...that kind of guy. I really liked him, especially because he gave Sarah the second chance that I would not have given her. Which is a little funny since he's not really a Giving Second Chances kind of guy. I loved that he was eventually able to look at his own actions and see them through Sarah's eyes. I think that it shows what an amazing guy he was because Doms usually don't admit when they're wrong. Of course, they're Doms because they aren't usually wrong - they're able to learn about their subs to know what they like and what they need. So I thought he would be a pretty great Dom and pretty great character, in general.
It goes without saying that the Sexy Time was hot and plentiful. But it felt to me like this book was less about kinky sex and more about the mental processes that happen in a Dom/sub relationship. It wasn't all hearts and flowers, handcuffs and laughs. At least, I didn't think it was. It's a little deeper and is about a BDSM-style journey to forgiveness.
I liked this book but I never crossed anywhere close to loving this book and it was mostly due to Sarah. I've seen a lot of positive reviews for this book so it's entirely possible that I've missed some key aspect. But I just couldn't forgive her for running away without talking to her almost fiancee first. A D/s relationship is all about communication - it's integral - and for her to feel like she couldn't talk to Reece about her fear was beyond comprehension. And then to disappear without a trace, not telling anyone what was happening? I mean, it's the worst sort of self-centeredness that I could imagine. Just leaving a note would have gone a long way to making her less of an asshole in my eyes. I don't want anyone to decide not to read this book just because of my review though. Especially since I'm going to continue on with series! Check back in a few days to see what I thought of the rest!

I began this story and quickly found myself making a judgement value on the main female character Sarah, she had walked out on Reece during a serious BDSM relationship, had walked and never left a message as to where she was or worse why she walked. For all Reece knew she may have been taken or killed. His emotional damage was traumatic, he hadn't been able to move on to other relationships and worse his trust of women totally compromised.
As Sarah then reappears and inveigled herself with Reece's protective friends in order to enable a meeting so that SHE can move one, and put him behind her, well, I disliked her even more. I hoped Reece would show her the harm she'd done, with a just punishment, and it would have served her right if she had had a taste of her own medicine...so straight away I'm thinking I can't accept nor understand why Sierra Cartwright would write of such a pathetic specimen of the female gender that I would be ashamed to be identified with in any way at all. My potential star rating dropped significantly. I even thought it would be a DNF.
Then I thought, the stories I've read of Sierra's have all had purpose, means to a relationship and I have liked the characters she introduced us to in story...so why this one and I read on.
I'm glad I didn't skim read and completed as my opinion changed significantly. I won't say I found Sarah lovely, I didn't, and still find what she did unforgivably damaging and selfish. However, Sierra Cartwright explored the theme of cowardice v real fear and built a case for understanding more why she did what she did. In fact, it was almost at the end and comments that Reece's mother had made that led to my understanding of this.
The erotica and BDSM scenes are good, quite arousing, and the character of Reece will have many a woman wishing for one like him at some time in their lives.
His friends are of interest, especially Julien and I would love to read of him meeting his match.
I had to add another star back on after reading on and the conclusion, and I'm glad I actually read it and digested all carefully, and as such just 4 stars...as I still think the Sarah's of the world would be lucky for such an ending as Sierra gave.

This book is the first in the Bonds series by Sierra Cartwright. Again, as with the Donovan Dynasty series that I previously read, the first book in this series is truly awesome. Once again, Ms. Cartwright has written a novel that is not just an excellent erotic romance but she has demonstrated that she truly understands all the elements of the BDSM lifestyle.
I have read a significant number of novels that purport to be "BDSM-based" books. Very few genuinely understand the true elements of the lifestyle. Many books insert elements of "kinky sex" into the stories and assume that that is enough to give the reader an accurate sense of the BDSM lifestyle. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Ms. Cartwright has proven that she understands the lifestyle from the "ground floor to the top." BDSM has, at its very heart and soul, the need for complete and total honesty and integral communication between the parties in the relationship as well as the understanding of the power exchange between the Dominant and submissive partners. Ms. Cartwright not only understands this but she weaves this understanding of the D/s and M/s dynamic throughout her books. It isn't just the eroticism or the "kinky sex" that make her books fantastic. It is her true understanding of the D/s and/or M/s dynamics and the other elements of the lifestyle that elevate her books from mere erotic romances to true works of literature.
Crave is yet another example of Ms. Cartwright's ability to take an ordinary romantic situation, weave the basics of BDSM into the storyline, add a genuine eroticism between the characters and tell the story from multiple characters' points of view to achieve an incredible novel. I have yet to read one of her books, either co-written with another author or one of her solo efforts, that I haven't absolutely loved. I would highly recommend Crave, particularly if you are genuinely interested in the truth behind real BDSM relationships and an interesting and engaging storyline that will keep you engrossed from start to finish.

Second chance romances are one of my favorite types of books to read. This one is definitely that, but I had a hard time connecting with the characters until midway through the book.
Sarah wants Reece back, it's that simple and so she employs a close friend of his to help her make it happen. This is it the girl that ran from him two years. Her reaction to finding the collar in his drawer was, in my opinion, not over done. She knew how he felt about her, but she's just too young at that point for it to compute in her head. She only wants him for one night, get him out of her system.
Reece on the other hand, is rush in, storm the castle, all of that. He doesn't understand at all why she ran, so not only is he stunned, he's ticked off and resentful. Is that enough to send her away? No. He still wants her for his own.
These two struggle back and forth, and the biggest thing I noticed was they have serious communication problems. If they had communicated, she'd have never run. If they'd have communicated, he wouldn't be so upset about everything. Then again, if they'd communicated, we'd never have this book! Or we might, but it'd be completely different. ;)
They both needed to grow individually, before they can make it work.
My overall rating for this book would be a solid 3. I did like it. It is well written, but for me it's not memorable. The characters don't stick out to me, save for their issues, and they develop slowly connection wise, but yet.. they have a past, so they should -have- a connection. It just wasn't there for me. It's a good, fluffy read when you want to diverge from other genres for a bit.

Premetto che non sono amante del genere BDSM quindi già iniziare un libro che dalla quinta pagina mi porta in quel mondo non mi esalta e non mi incuriosisce! Mi è capitato di leggerne altri del genere che mi avevano fatto sentire a disagio ma comunque avevo voglia di capire meglio, questa volta quello che mi è rimasto dopo la lettura è stata indifferenza e freddo glaciale.
È la storia di Sarah che per non farsi sottomettere da Reece, affascinate milionario Dominatore e uomo che ama, decide di lasciarlo senza nemmeno dirgli addio, abbandonandolo nella disperazione. Farle Indossare un collare aveva un significato importante per Reece: era comunicare al mondo di possedere la sua donna, per Sarah invece era vedersi annullare.
Dopo un po' di tempo Sarah si rende conto di aver sbagliato e così chiede aiuto a un amico fraterno di Reece perché la aiuti ad riconquistare e farsi perdonare dall'amore della sua vita...
Inizialmente pensavo di essermi persa un volume precedente, poi ho capito che la scrittrice voleva raccontarci il passato fra Sarah e Reece attraverso i ricordi e la conversazione tra la protagonista e l'amico a cui chiede aiuto.

Sierra Cartwright was my first BDSM read ever with her Mastered Series and Ive been hooked on her ever since. Crave the first book in her new series (Bonds) I loved loved loved this book. When I read the first words (She still craved him) I knew it was on from there. I had to know more about Reese and Sarah....I knew this was going to be a book I wasn't able to put down. Im always amazed at how Sierra captures the raw emotions of her characters the pain and the love is right there in you face as if you where standing right there with them. I found myself turning pages quicker and quicker to find out what was going to happen next but I also had to remind my self that I needed to slow down and savor this love story because I didn't want it to end. Im so excited to be apart of this new series and I cant wait to see which one of the guys is next to except his destiny....The only fault I find is that Sierra you cant write fast enough for me.......Thank you for writing such awesome books for me and all your fans to read. If you've never read any of Sierra Cartwright's book your missing out and Crave will be a good starter book for anyone but be warned once you do you will have to have more.....

I'll be honest: I have very mixed feelings about this book. It was a good enough short read, but at the same time, I'm not quite sure I enjoyed it.
My biggest problem was that I found the characters difficult to relate to, especially Sarah. A lot of her traits ended up annoying me to the point where I felt pretty cold and indifferent towards her - particularly her brattiness and constant questioning of Reece. There's a fine line between playful disobedience and outright disrespect towards a Dominant, and I felt she fell on the wrong side too many times for her to be the "perfect submissive" she's supposed to be. As for the other characters, they were amusing enough (especially Julien - seriously, I dare you not to crack up whenever he appears), but I just can't connect with the whole "billionaire Dom and his buddies" trope. I prefer something a little more down-to-earth.
Perhaps it's a case of wrong book, wrong person. While I didn't personally click with it, I'd still suggest you give it a read if you're interested in BDSM-related romance.

Five Stars!
“Crave” by Sierra Cartwright offers a moving, complex tale of love, desire, loss, pain and surrender all tied up in a lovely kinky bow. It’s been a while since I’ve read something that was so real and so satisfying. I not only liked the story, I loved the connections between all the characters, both major and minor. These people were all real and interesting and believable in their actions and reactions. Ms. Cartwright shows that there is work necessary to repair what is broken; there is no quick fix or ‘instalove’ here.
At its core, “Crave” is a love story with a kink component. The BDSM play was not the flash shown in dungeons; it’s the stuff we do at home. The scenes were well crafted, believable and realistic. The issues of boundaries and communication failure are real and courage is shown by both Sarah and Reese as they try to navigate their way back to one another after years apart. There were no shortcuts taken to get to this HEA and that made it all the more satisfying. I unreservedly and wholeheartedly recommend this book.

If you have read one book of this author then you will get an idea . They all follow a similar pattern.
Hero and h meet . They are instantly attracted . The hero is into bdsm. The h is not . But slowly the hero shows the h about bdsm . She gets the hang of it and realized she liked being a submissive . Along the way they fall in love . They don't tell each other about it . There is a separation of coulee of mths . The hero realizes that he cannot live without the h . He comes to tell get her and they live happily ever after in collared bliss.
All 3 bonds series books have similar storylines .Diff being the background of the heroines .

I loved this story. Reece and Sarah really needed to work on communication, and I'm glad she had grown enough to want to try again, but I was so hurt for Reece. I could get that she was scared, but to just run off without any word, that was a mean mean thing to do. I loved all the players too, and the way they protected their friend. I can't wait to read Julien and Kennedy's stories.

Great start to a series. Sarah leaves Reece without a word or note. Two years have passed and she devises a plan to try and get over the mistake she made. I really enjoyed this book. It moved along at a good speed and I found myself routing for Sarah to convince Reece to give her a second chance. I'll definitely read the rest of the series.

What's a girl to do to earn her ex Dom's forgiveness after fleeing 2 years ago? Become the perfect sub within those 2 years and come back better than ever! One problem: Her Dom's changed as well; he's IceMan and doesn't give second chances...She's relentless though and she isn't leaving unless he demands it

I grabbed this as a freebie months ago, I did not find one single thing hot or passionate about this story. I like dominant/ submissive roles in the bedroom not outside. Reece seemed pretty cold to Sarah when in public. I found their random one line banters just odd and out of character during their sex scenes.

4.85 Stars!!!
Loved the pace of this....loved the description of what was inside both heads, loved the sexy times and emotional tug. Well written story, likable characters...honesty, interesting take without making it a eye rolling story. So many authors over do it....not here.
