This book will be of great interest to all students of Hinduism, students of both Eastern and Western philosophy, and spiritual seekers who wish to better understand this ancient Indian tradition of non-dualist thought.
Haven't finished the book, but will come back to it regularly over the years. It isn't an easy leisurely read; some familiarity with advaita vedanta is the very least one should have, to be prepared for a text of this caliber. Most of the book consists of parts of vedantic scriptures (upanishads, bhagavad gita, brahmasutra) with comments and discussions by the likes of Adi Shankaracharya vs opponents from non-advaitic schools, buddhists etc.
