I was looking for a different book by Pema, but this was the only one in stock at my local library. I didn't think it would be relevant, but I found it to be fascinating and very applicable. While I tried watching some of Pema's videos online (and had to stop because she kept interrupting the interviewer), I like reading her in print best. The second to last chapter on Groundlessness was particularly profound.

I borrowed the CDs from the library and fell asleep while listening to the second one. I never finished listening to them.
