Train Up a Child

Through the years, J.B. Morrisey has taught and mentored hundreds of youth and watched them as they grew into adulthood. While the names and faces may have changed, the end results remained the same. Youth who were reared in Christian environments receiving support from their parents, their church, and their community tended to become viable and astute members of society. However, those who lacked support in any or all of these areas were likely to become aimless and wayward adults. These experiences have impressed upon Morrisey the belief that every individual has a role to play in the successful training of youth. Awesome book!! Awesome author!! I had the privelege of working with her husband, Gliston, at Pender Correctional Inst. in Burgaw, NC for several years & even attended the church they pastor on a couple of occasions. Precious couple, who live what they preach. Just came across my copy she gave to me on 08/05/05 and wanted to make my personal recommendation for this book. Enjoy!!
