Boekje dat bedoeld is als gids voor de eerste 100 dagen in een nieuwe job als leidinggevende. Het bevat aardig wat tips, maar komt als geheel toch wel een beetje te mechanistisch over: als je het lijstje maar elke week netjes afvinkt, dan kan het succes niet uitblijven. Ondertussen heb ik wel door dat de wereld iets anders in elkaar zit. Zelfs al houd ik nog steeds veel van mechanica ;-)
