Totally sold on the principles of EckanKar. They deal with consciousness, different levels of planes like casual, astral, mental, and etc. Astral Projection, Astral planes, soul travel, and help you get to that point of time you are seeking. Loved the book and will continue my path to the grace of the divine light. Will continue my spirit exercises with them to improve and enrich my livelihood with same minded brother and sister spirits with the common theme and purpose.
