Very excellent academic book

has 18 chapters, consists of five main parts

1-Overview and History of Management (Ch 1+2)
2-Managing in Turbulent Environments and Entrepreneurship (Ch 3+4+5+6)
3-(Plan and Control)of the four Basic Managerial Functions (Ch 7+8+9+10)
4-(Lead), Motivate, Communicate,& Teamwork (Ch 11+12+13+14+15)
5-(Organize) and Human Resources (Ch 16+17+18)

and Has self-development tests which is very good

useful but kinda boring cuz it has a lot of examples and that drives you out from the point
