The world's best-loved turtle appears in this Franklin TV Storybook based on the animated TV series. At Goose's Migration Eve party, Franklin learns all about migration from Goose's Grampy and Gammy, then joins in with the geese in the Migration Dance.

This was a nice Franklin book. He knows about all the 'traditional' holidays but then gets an invitation from Goose about a holiday he has never heard about. He is nervous about going to the celebration of it since he doesn't know about it. What about the food? What about the dancing? What about the new people? He was very nervous and almost didn't go. But he soon learnt that holidays that others celebrate are fun and interesting to learn about too. This was a nice book to help teach children that we may not all celebrate the same things but it's okay.
We've liked most of the "Franklin" books but this is one of our least favorite. The moral is that even if you are nervous about something (going to the party and eating strange food, eating, and dancing) you should try it because you might find you like it.
